Underbart! Bodde på översta våningen, dock med utsikt mot baksidan och inte The Strip, men det var fantastiskt ändå. Härligt att slippa den klassiska fleecefilten och få ett riktigt täcke. Badrummet kändes mkt lyxigt. För oss som reste med litet barn, var det toppen att kunna handla mat och dryck I köpcentrat som låg under samma tak, och ta med upp på rummet. Mitt I smeten, vilket gjorde att vi gick ut mer spontant och lite senare på kvällarna, så trots litet barn fick vi uppleva stadspulsen. Inga konstiga extra avgifter, och gratis allmän parkering på hotellet.

Små barn fick inte vistas på kasinona, vilket det inte informeras om innan. Valet parking och self parking var något förvirrande för oss som inte hade läst på... Var lätt att hamna på ph Towers och inte ph Resort & Casino, men personalen var mkt hjälpsamma. Internet ingick inte och var dyrt att köpa till, samt de tog extra för kyl.

Stayed here before, came back for the fountain view and location, both of which did not disappoint. Only suggestion - would be to turn down the background music volume a little bit in the elevators, elevator hallways and the looby desk areas. Really hard to have a conversation with someone in your party or even the desk staff if everyone has to basically shout in order to be heard.

Hotel Desk staff was very responsive & business like, which was great given that they had apparently received absolutely no notification from booking.com of my reservation. Planet Hollywood honored the rates I was given via booking.com's online site, however, they could not not find me in their system either by the booking.com reservation confirmation # or my name. Fortunately I had a hard copy printout of the booking.com information with me. Planet Hollywood didn't have the same room available which I had originally reserved but were nice enough to provide an upgrade to a slightly larger & nicer room. Only drawback - it was next to the elavators and the related mechanical noises. Just glad they had a room and honored the hard copy.

Location of hotel - easy access to the Strip

Long Check In and Check Out queues. I did an express check out via room TV and requested for bill and was told that it would be sent via email but till now, I have not received it.

great location and good price.

Doing construction outside our room beginning at 430 am. We were not made aware of this when we upgraded and paid extra money to have a noisy room with a view. Wish they would have told us...we never would have paid the extra money!

Good atmosphere, especially in the casino on Friday/Saturday/Sunday. Room was good (apart from storage space, which was limited), views excellent.

Wifi wasn't free. This is a joke in a big casino resport hotel.

Close to City Center and Mc Donald'S.

Because last time I visited, the hotel was satisfied. So, I chose Planet Hollywood this time. However when my family entered the room, we could hardly breathe because of dirt and bad air. The room made us want to leave Vagus as early as possible. After the first night, we found that the hotel we visited last time was "Westgate PH". (We stayed South PH this time) My familiy decided not to go to PH again.

Excellent hotel, nicely decorated, high value for money on week days. Typical Las Vegas hotel, the location just in the center of all and the open swimming pool were greatly appreciated

Not enough space around the pool

It was very central. Rooms and beds very comfortable.

I was not impressed with room service. There would be a knock on the door and because we were there the maid would say that she would come back. Hours went by and we would return to our room. Another knock and because we were there she said she would return. The third time we told her not to bother. All next day we were without clean towels and had run out of toilet paper. I was unwell one day with an infected tooth sand because I was lying down the maid would not enter even though I invited her in. It seemed that if there was an excuse to bypass our room then the maid would go on to the next.

The best thing about this hotel is the localization.

This is a old hotel. To use wi-fi internet you need to pay almost $16 per day. With the money you spend in this place you do get bether places. I did not like his Casino (old as the building).

It was really a nice place to stay. We needed a refrigerator because of medicine and it was in the room before we even got up there from the check in. The room was cleaned and fresh linens everyday

The elavator door closed on my arm and I was bruised. The last day went to shower and the water was cold. After waiting 45 min a man came up. I had ran the shower about 10min but he said they had done repairs the night before so it would take awhile to get the water flowing thru the system. Thank god we didn't have tickets to a show because al in all it took from before 5 til 7pm to get it warm. Also the casino was confusing to go for things. The arrows pointed a way but it wasn't like a path that you could follow.
