The best thing about this hotel is location! Fantastic! Based in the centre of the strip right opposite the famous Bellagio fountains. Also the hotel is part if the Miracle Mile shops. Which has an amazing amout of stores, cafe's, bars and resaturants. You need not leave the property! For price and location it can't be beaten. I found rooms for $79 a night. Also when we checked in we received a free bottle of our choice. (I chose skyy vodka) the rooms were very clean and tidy and the cleaners thorough.

I had booked a fountain view room but when we checked in the only non smoking room they had was a city/mountain view. Which is pretty much 'the back lot'. Wish we'd of just pretended to smoke. Also was promised lots of free gambling credit so we signed up in the casino and went to the tables only to find that to claim the $15 free dollars on the slots we had to spend $40 and to use the $25 table voucher we had to match the bet. Note* nothing in life is free, specialy not in Vegas. Also no tea or coffee facilities in the room. Which for any hotel of any standard is poor.

a suggestion... mark out the direction to the elevators clearly as we did get frustrated when it came time to use them.

Not enough towels in the bathroom, it seemed like the bed sheets/pillow cases weren't changed every day.

rooms were large and easy access to food and drinks

bad room service (food), broken cupboards in room, could hear everyone in the next room through the walls and maid did not clean our room one night

loved this hotel, friendly staff, huge spacious and clean rooms, great restaurants and nightlife, the location was perfect, right in the middle of the strip. i received a free bottle of vodka upon arrival and free casino vouchers. i thought this hotel had the whole package and will return in the near future!

Расположен на центральной улице, просите размещение на верхних этажах с видом на Las Vegas Blvd и на фонтаны, останетесь довольны :-) Отель несколько изношен, но общее впечатление положительное.

При бронировании обратите внимание, включен ли сбор за обслуживание номеров, при выезде выставили счет чуть меньше суммы пребывания в отеле, хотя уборка номеров была отвратительной.

This was a great place to stay. A very fun atmosphere. Everything was right in immediate access. The concierge service was very helpful in planning my events. The room was very nice and I especially liked the deep bath tub.

The Hotel is great. Modern design. However the roms are not that modern but still good. I complained about my room being noisy and they changed it to a better one with no issues. I am very happy of my stay in Planet Hollywood. The casino is also good. There is a shoping area that is very nice similar to the one in Venetian, I really recommend this hotel! The king size bed was very confortable

I just stayed for one night I dont have much to complain about. Just to say that in the room there was no mini-bar. And, also to say that internet was too expensive $13 for 24 hrs.

The front desk girl upgraded us to a suite without us asking, this was so nice of her.

The people in guest services were rude and not very helpful.
