The free breakfast was very poor, not enough seating and out of mostly everything when we went down at 8am, then they got mad, because we asked if they could restock it.
WiFi was good and bed was comfortable
Restrooms were horrible.they were old and dirty.TV did not have remote and some channels would not show.missing and non working appliances.had to switch rooms.VERY INCONVENIENT!!
Closeness to my conference venue
Lack of standard reception & restaurant
Easy to find off the highway. The lady at our check in was great finding us a room that was on the first floor. Even though I was hoping for a nonsmoking room and ended up with a smoking room the room did not smell bad at all. Staff was very friendly and ready to assist. A wonderful stay for a great price for one night. Wish our last hotel was as nice as this one.
The location was unbeatable . At first glance room was nice and a good size bathroom.
Only stayed 5 hours woke up to a nightmare BED BUGS . I had never seen anything like it, woke up my husband and we turned the bed covers cover and they were everywhere .WE PACKED UP AND LEFT ABOUT 2:00 in morning. We called and spoke to D told her and she said she would tell manager in the morning. No one has called us back! No way can a hotel not know they have this problem . Poor staff and hotel Beyond Poor
Being charged for parking
I have traveled outside the country the last couple of trips and they did not have a fridge...microwave or an iron in the room. This hotel had everything. They even had 5 pillows on the bed. I saw several of the reviews from other guests that were not that good but I thought the hotel was nice.
The bathroom was a little dated but worked great.
The Staff was excellent (especially Ruby) The location is excellent for sight-seeing. I was here for ten days and it was great.
The breakfast was skimpy, but free! So who can complain?
the whole stay the room was huge an felt like a queen in her castle..it was the king suite an was ablr to book it for $28:00 awesome
the only thing was no laundry for me to wash my clothes
The staff were friendly. Inn close to Riverwalk.
Bath tub beyond dirty. Had a bath mat that was slick and moldy underneath. Gross. Otherwise, fairly clean.
The cleanliness and the room service
The breakfast area is too small and right there where everyone checks in
Everything it was close to all the places we like
The extra fee I had to pay for parking. It should be included in the room rate. First time I see a hotel do that. Ridiculous...
They couldnt find reservation and with my disabled son i needed a downstairs room i got there 2 houra before check in and they said they were going to give me downstairs by the pool and not until 7 that evening did they call. When they called completely rude service
There's one only one person that was nice and that was the housekeeperkn the first day we arrived. She was very helpful and quick with the need for towels and bed linen.
Upon arrival the receptionist at the front desk gave attitude to every customer. When I informed her she made a mistake on the charge she blew her breathes I was bothering her. Another housekeeper walked into our room without knocking as my husband was getting out the shower, when he asked her to give him a few minutes to put some clothes on she just stood there looking at him. Our lock or rhe safety latch didn't work on the door, when reported it was as if it was a bother. We had to keep getting new key cards issued daily because they quit working.
That it was close to riverwalk
Didn't like that wen u book room thru booking.com it dnt show up on time or show exact cost of room tax n all n parking fee u got to b kidding me . . . n if ppl never been there they dnt knw where else to eat if on a budget
I liked nothing about the stay there I hated the staff I hated the room I needed the sleep I hated everything everything
Everything was ruined because of my stay at the hotel I do not recommend this hotel for anybody or this website for anybody be smart and don't spend your money here
Not one thing
Everything. Worst place we have ever stayed at there where ants in the room and bed it was super dirty just all around bad place to stay.
Easy to find and very close to the Riverwalk and Alamo. We walked everywhere.
Location was near Alamo, Riverwalk. Close to highway access
Room had mold. A/C switch broke, luckily it came back on.
Close to downtown area.
Having to go to office daily to activate room card. Checking in and our room not available, sent to first available smoking across the street with young children. Staff not very nice.
No smoke detector, hard beds, pool next to highway, view of an abandoned building, $10 to park overnight , broken sink, tub was on a hill, breakfast was minimal and laughable.
I really enjoyed my stay. Didn't have any problems. Staff was very helpful and everywhere we wanted to go was within walking distance. Would love to go back again.
The only problem I saw was the restroom. It seems it had been sprayed for ants and we found a bunch but no one swept them up.
This is an old hotel - not too updated Staff is not attentive They are not clear on their billing policy
Since parking is charged everywhere in San Antonio, I was glad I had booked a place close enough to walk to the center
No one took me to room and explained were everything was, etc. They assumed I would know how everything functioned...but they did respond to my request!
