Staff helpful only to limited degree. I had to search all over hotel for lugggage cart Filthiest and smelliest place we've ever stayed in. King bed was most uncomfortable

I did like the location of the hotel being it was rather close to my interview location. The comforter was stained on the under side, the lamp shades had water damage, the stair ways smelled liked urine as well as cigarette smoke and cigarette buds laid on the stair well floors , the overall hotel needed a good cleaning. I would have taken pictures if I had the time too.

i loved the king size bed the room the view over sandtrap an us19 coffee pot wasn't working good an shower head need some work to make water come out better.

Asked for money back refused this inn is dirty,rude clerk,smelled weed in lobby, sheets were dirty,run had spots (very dirty) not a very good place to stay but I guess for the price you get want you paid for! Never will stay there again!!!!!!!!!!

It was close to my destination. Hallway carpet on 1st floor was musty smelling, smell of smoke was prominent, interior wall need painting, the bed sheets were not clean, the tv picture was snowy,iron did not work well

The room was dirty, the staff was unhelpful and ignores you standing at the front Window. They didn't honor my prepaying with kayak.com and made me pay again at the hotel, resulting in 3 separate charges on my card. Now I have to call my bank to get it fixed....

I didn't like anything about the hotel visit. The placed stinked and wasn't clean. Only thing that was good was the air condition unit in the room was good but when it the hallway it felt like an oven. Everything was horrible. It is a place that I won't be staying and I wouldn't refer no one to stay there I was very disappointed.

We decided at the last minute to stay at the Regency Inn in Albany Ga coming back from our week long vacation from Florida to see our daughter & grandaugher. Just looked up on the internet & booked a room. Never will we make that mistake again!! We should have taken the loss of the money we spent and went elsewhere! As soon as we walked in we noticed the doors hadn't been cleaned in some time. Then going to the elevator, we noticed that the walls were covered in dirt, hadn't been washed down ever! Room was just as bad! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!

It was very quiet. The hotel is desperately in need of renovations, upgrades, and a thorough cleaning. We had to pay a $10 deposit to use the iron!

The bathroom was not clean. The environment did not feel safe. The breakfast was very sparse and they had run out of cups, sugar, and did not seem to care.

Absolutely nothing! It was awful! It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in ever! It should be burned down and rebuilt! I didn't like the room at all! The area, the price for that piece of crap, and everything else about it. My pillows were nasty the tub and toliet were awful... It was so bad that I slept in my clothes and didn't brush my teeth the next morning... I'd rather have bad breath than to be in that bathroom even for a moment... Oh and I the elevators inspection was expired... Absolutely awful!

Not much. It was not clean, the halls smelled of urine. There was only one brand of stale cereal for breakfast, no other food at all. One pot of coffee and they did not refill it. The sheet were dull & the pillows had stains.
