The swimming pool for the kids We also enjoy the continental breakfast
The chlorine in the pool was so strong it burned my eyes. maybe a vent pulling the air out
I enjoyed the staff. They went out of their way to help and were friendly and courteous. Great team
The road noise on 99. Didn't sleep much and the place needs a deep cleaning. The microwave was sticky and I unplugged the clock to plug in my phone and the cord was really yucky as was the top of the bed board on wall.
Our room was discussing! Our beds smelled like a man whom hasn't showered for a month was in them right before us and never washed. There was hair all over the the bathtub, toilet, sink and counter area. It was just nasty!
Swimming pool was cold
Staff and the breakfast arrangements and meal.
The location is right off the I 5 freeway for easy access or rapid departure. The free breakfast had good choices.
I booked a month ahead of the Nov 9-11 OSU Dad's weekend and the rate was $159.00 double the $79 standard rate for this room. The pool/hot tub area is really run down and dirty. The room I stayed in stunk of old cigarette smoke. The online ad said: "This hotel is 100% non-smoking" but our room still smelled like an ashtray. Does the hotel enforce the policy? :(
The free breakfast, especially the waffle bar!
It was available the weekend that we needed it and it was easily accessible from the freeway.
It was very worn. Doors walls etc all worn and literally falling apart. Only three pillows per bed. We reserved for two queens four people. That is frustrating. Lost a very expensive item. And staff said it wasn't logged and sorry. We know it was in our room. So that was disappointing in terms of staff. But other than that staff was fine. But if a choice is available we won't stay here again.
Our non-smoking room STANK of cigarette smoke. Staff claimed they were unable to move us, but sprayed a few drops of air freshener in the room. Carpet was dirty, plumbing was old and barely functional, bathroom was dirty - I will never stay here again
I was appalled with the desk clerk when I told her, that upon starting the heater, that the dust in the heater vent ignited and set off the the smoke alarm. Her only response was that the vents had not been cleaned yet. I paid a lot of money to stay at your motel and am very disappointed by the lack of concern by your staff. I'm pretty sure that the current state of your your heater is a safety violation. I don't believe I will ever stay at a La Quinta motel again.
Breakfast was great
Breakfast was good.
Pool closed for maintenance and testing. Testing? Advertised fitness facility. Nope! Air conditioning did not work - morning reception clerk showed no concern and it was not corrected.
I got what I paid for one cheep room with clean sheets
there was homeless men hanging around in the parking lot, a couple was having a fight in the parking lot. (someone did call the police) the breakfast the next morning was ok but the dinning room was not clean.
Room smelled musty and Smokey Spiders in bed. Spa out of service Window looked out to ground level with bush blocking any light. After being there 15 minutes my 13 year old granddaughter said "this hotel isn't very good grandma"
The air conditioning was barely working in the room. It was hot and pretty uncomfortable.
The location was nice, easy to get in and out of. Some of the team are nice and helpful.
The constant traffic noise even though there are trees around. Some of the team had that, don't bother me attitude. The phones do not work.
The room which was given to us was on the below ground level and we didn't have to listen to cars and people leaving early morning. Our room was close to kitchen and ice machine.
shower ran hot. Front desk clerk met me outside with baggage cart.
We were in the basement. Uncomfortable and shabby look/feeling. Everything outdated and can't justify the cost. Building smelled bad. Ice machines broken/not on. Baggage carts were extremely old and barely usable. Room cleanliness was sub par
It was close to the freeway.
Smelled like they smoking ribs in the room! lol
Rooms are small but ok
No bar soap!!! I've never had to go ask for soap until now . We had friends in another room and it was the same, no soap, also at check out they wouldn't print us out a receipt for the charges, thay said Bookings.com would send me one," Bad business"
We were there for a softball tournament and had to leave early, the staff opened they breakfast room early so the kids could eat, and left the pool open later so they could swim. They were very nice.
For over $100 a night, the hotel is dated and only in fair condition. Not anything like what is advertised, ie, holes in the screens, rips in the carpet, just old. Rooms like people live there? ? Not LA Quinta standard.
Needs remodeling, older hotel, terrible bedding and pillows.
Staff was very friendly and courteous.
Beds should have been replaced years ago. Room was musty and needed cleaning.
Breakfast good. Good beds.
Tired and slightly run down bldg. Dirty carpets. Slight smell. Noisy air conditioner.
Breakfast was good.
Room was not well lighted.
