Quiet and peaceful
Heater was way too loud
Nothing save for the lower rates.
Cheap lino on the floor. Loud disturbing party next door until 5 am. Poor sign-in procedures. Poor response to the noise - "that happens a lot."
I believe his name was Esteban , he was great. Great staff very polite and proper. Loved my stay.
The cleanliness and location was good
My only issue during my stay was not being able to control the temperature of my room. It got hot at night and I wasn't able to lower the preset temperature setting.
We liked the location
We were turned away and asked to check-in later (3:30) than the booking confirmation indicated. The staff seemed to be bothered that a customer was present. The price was not good for the facilities and services
Room took 2 hours to be ready
The staff was polite, even if they weren't especially helpful.
When we walked into the room, there was an overpowering smell of floral air deodorizer, and cigarettes (even though it was supposed to be non-smoking). The bed was tiny, and when we turned down the sheets, there was hair and makeup all over. When we asked for new sheets, they brought us a crumpled mess that look much better than the ones we were taking off. We couldn't take it, so we checked out early and stayed at a different place nearby.
Everything. So bad we left before balloon feast because couldn't find another place.
When I walked into my room, my two young children started coughing, as the room wreaked in smoke. My youngest has asthma, and the attendant told me the rooms are preassigned and did not have a non smoking room, and I did have reservations for non smoking. The linens had cigarette burns, and there were no light bulbs in the lamps!
There was hair all over the toilet, shower and beds.
Staff was rude and sold out room to someone else. We had to downgrade rooms. Also staff was not helpful.
Motel's staff was really nice. Room is large and confortable, not cleaned everyday, but that was not really an issue. The cost was OK for its standards.
Location is pretty bad, right at the intersection of 40 and 25 (if I'm not mistaken) and pretty far from the city's atractions (such as The Old Town). Since the Bus System in Albuquerque is terrible, its imperative you rent a car first. Motel's cleaning isn't excelent, the room is OK, but the common areas are dirt and full of pigeons. There was a lot of noise coming from the corridor and the room just up above mine.
You could smell the smoke of cigarettes in our room. Especially in the bathroom. Front door didn't latch well. No water pressure in the shower.
A very convenient loction. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I gotten help from a very friendly older man at the front desk the night we checked in and I had slight problems, but he got me a room in a quick manner.
The parking was limited on the side where our room was located. Also the sink would leak all over the side.
Friendly staff, cheap, rooms clean.
Noisy but with the window close, it was not that bad. The worst was the people staying there. Some girls fighting during the night, and people shouting, but this is circumstantial.
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and efficient.
The staff were great, the room was nice and clean.
The route to get there from eastbound l 40 leaves a lot to be desired after you get off at exit 159.
Great place for the price
