Easy check in.

The room needs to be spruced up a bit. Wallpaper peeling carpet not so clean. Have stayed at numerous Days Inns and this one was one of the not so good ones

The room size was awesome tor the price we got it for.

It was dirty. Dirty doors and walls. Plus the refrigerator was disgusting.

no pool.

Nice friendly helpful front desk staff but just a dreadful room. Beds were so old outdated worn out could feel every box spring. Zero sleep was possible and my neck as well as back Hirt for days after. Just the worst beds

Beds horrific

Nothing. Dirty. Very old. Run down. Needs to be torn down and start over.

Everything was bad. Tear it down and start fresh.

The first rom we got had a broken door...upon letting staff know, they didn't have anymore rooms of the type we requested. They upgraded us to the King Suite, with no extra charge. I can say I am very satisfied with the way they handled us. We are very happy with the customer service.

Large room

Uncomfortable very hard bed, cold room, poor heating, no toiletries supplied. We were downstairs and a faulty floorboard above us made a lot of noise whenever someone walked over it, which kept disturbing our sleep.

Easy to get to downtown by bus. Very friendly and helpful shuttle driver.

Internet was too weak to be useful and I was bitten badly by bed bugs which stayed uncomfortable for over a week.

The shuttle driver was superb and extremely friendly. A great guy.

The room was old, out dated furniture, water stains on the cealing, wall paper bubbling at the edges, very few towels and only provided soap shampoo. Not your traditional basket filled with conditioner, body lotion or a rubber ducky. Although the check in staff were very nice and helpful. The grounds were nice, ckean pool and close to things to do. All in all this was definalely not one of the better Days Inn I have stayed in.

Convenient location near the down town and the old town.

The price was excellent and met my needs. It is not the type of motel that you would take your family on for vacation but if you are going to for a quick overnight stay I would high recommend the Days Inn at Midtown.

The motel is old, rundown and in major need of a remodel. The tv remote did not work well, the towels were sparce, thin and the free breakfast forget it. Coffee, juice, cold cereal and a little box of sweets - I went to Mc Donald's for breakfast.

I was very impressed with the hotel manager for addressing a concern that my mom brought up and she immediatly took care of the issue with the upmost courtesy and care. The breakfast is ample. And the hotel is pretty clean. Nice veiw of the mountains

When I got there the clerk couldnt find mym reservation and id requested 2 days not one, the 1st room I had was very bad,dirty, I dont like complaining, my mom called and the hotel manager was very nice and gave me a new room at no charge, wich I appriciated. She definatly has the customers comfort as a priority! Thank you! The only thing that I feel needs work is the promptness for additional or lackn of linens and the heated pool was freezing

Personnel agréable, petit déjeuner correct. Prix tout à fait raisonnable. Situation interessante proche de la croisée des deux axes de circulation majeur d'Albuquerque, ce qui nous a bien servi pour les visites que nous avions prévues. Lit très confortable.

Connexion wifi non sécurisée, notre ordinateur portable nous a refusé l'accès à internet dans ces conditions et nous avons dû utiliser un ordi public pour envoyer notre message. Un radio réveil récalcitrant que nous n'avons pas pu régler, nous a réveillés à 3 h 30 du matin ! Nous avions loué une suite et nous disposions de deux salles de bain, une des deux chasse d'eau a lâché à notre arrivée, mais le soir même elle était réparée. A part le lit, le reste des meubles paraissait plutôt "fatigué" : porte de meubles et tiroir inpossible à manipuler car déboîtés, canapé et fauteuil élimés, tâchés ainsi que la moquette.

The staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was nice.

No microwave in the room, but wasn't promised.

The front desk manager was extremely pleasant on the phone as well as when I arrived.

The rooms were cleaned.

The tissue & toilet paper dispensers weren't replenished. The carpet needs to be cleaned. Our socks & feet were dirty black walking on the carpet.

The room was clean quiet and comfortible.

I had no problems

Location was great for bus lines to both downtown and uptown.

Location was easy to access from the highway.

Room smelled old and musty, torn comforter, refrigerator broken, only one electrical outlet worked, no coffee pot in the room.

Bed was uncomfortable, pillows too small.
