I notified B. and motel management of my concerns.
room clean except for my other comment. . Staff was very helpful. and pleasant . Great location . I've stayed here before, but this room needs a little redoing .
Coffeepot placed where there was no plug to plug it in . very few outlets. rug was very old and stained.. Impossible to take a nap with cleaning carts continually rumbling by .
Staff extremely friendly and helpful
Room had an Oder
First room assigned was so questionably cleaned, was concerned about taking off shoes. Smelled damp and moldy. Complained to desk, and was upgraded to bigger and cleaner room. Also had small kitchenette area. Much nicer room. Staff was helpful in addressing problem. Breakfasts were so-so, heavy on carbs and light on fruit. Overall rating of 6.5/10. Good value for money.
First room was damp and smelled of mold/ or just dirty. Very small. Location of room seemed an afterthought or because was booked through booking.com? No promised iron or board in room, had to go to desk to obtain. Wanted shower after traveling for extended time, and didnt want to use shower. Amentities were minimal.
The floors were disgusting. The beds were like sleeping on army cots
Comfortable beds. Nice shower head.
The air conditioner did not get very cold. It was covered by a screen not a proper cover. Didn't like the railings on the second floor. Had little children and felt they were unsafe. Wallpaper in bathroom coming off.
We got bit by bed bugs, I showed the manager, 4 bed bugs that I caught, and she gave me back my money, but I had never been bit before, and I have really suffered cuz I now no that I am allergic to bed bugs, I am covered with huge wilts and they r full of pus. I will never stay there again, nor will my friend or family, also th wifi didn't work, the pool was freezing, it was a very bad experience
pool was nice location was good
mattress was very uncomfortable you could feel the springs in the bed and breakfasts is ok you could have hash browns eggs Donuts
No remote for the television but I understand the reasoning
The staff was rude, the rooms were okd and gross, it wasn't clean, it was absolutley awful! I will never stay there again!
everything, breakfast was poor they only had waffles and cold cereal. Wifi was terrible. Could not get hooked up. No flat screen tvs like advertised. We are an older couple and we were put next to a family that took 2 rooms and had 9 between them. We were put in a room that was farthest from the office, they also had only 1 ice machine and we had to drive to get ice.
The location to my place of business.
The room could have smelled a little fresher. It had a stagnant smell to it. I think the carpets needed shampooing.
Hotel room was ready even when we showed up early
We got a non smoking room and even signed a paper saying we wouldn't smoke In there. As soon as we walked into the suit it smelt like a nasty ashtray!
It was close to my destination
The beds were hard as a rock
Scary hotel and very noisy !! Could not sleep because of lots of activity..... Upstairs some night workers and next some guy in Harley Davidson running his bike all night long....... I would not recomend that hotel at all !!
The location is where we needed to be.
The Bed was very uncomfortable. the clock didn't work and clerk didn't have another one to give us. we never got our wake up call and was almost late for our meeting.
The motel has a good location and is inexpensive enough and quiet to be affordable.
Beds and pillows are old and a bit uncomfortable.
The front desk employee was very nice and helpful.
The reading lamps didn't work unless you moved the mattress. Also, housekeeping only left us 2 large towels, both days for 2 adults and 2 children, had to call housekeeping for more towels.
Everyone got together at breakfast to complain about the hotel
The internet was out; the clientele seemed sleazy; the room was dirty; the breakfast food was cheap and sparse, and the coffee was weak.
Price was OK.
Bed like a rock, Carpet not real clean. Chair was DIRTY! No pool or spa. Breakfast was a joke not even sugar substatute. Diabetic can't even have coffee.
Linens were too small for the bed. Bed was very old.
room was clean
stairwell and corridors were quite littered
Good value for money. We had to book an additional night and had no problems at all. Nice friendly stuff.
Breakfast was ok.
