Staff was friendly
The motel was run down. Peeling wallpaper, barely any water pressure
Friendly and helpful staff,
The carpet was not very clean
The man that works the front desk in the evening has always been very helpful and accommodating.
My bed was very uncomfortable, almost like it was warped like sunken in in the middle. I woke up with a very sore back.
Good location for the Baloon Fiesta. Very good staff! Breakfast begins at 4:30am during the fiesta.
Shuttle to balloon fest did not run. Had to walk.
Very friendly and helpful counter staff
Staff was courteous.
The carpet and furniture in the room would be a CSI investigators dream! Numerous stains and dirty;Mold in bathtub jets; bed extremely uncomfortable. Booked two nights....left in the middle of the 1st night. Just awful.
The manager was fantastic and made every effort to make you feel special and happy to be at their hotel. We chose this place because it was only 1.1 miles from the Balloon Festival. The walk was pretty easy to make, but the option of a shuttle, especially back, would be nice to have.
Clean, air conditioning and wifi worked
Got in about 2:30 and nobody at the front desk. Other people waiting told us we couldn't check in until 3:00. Came back about 4 and were told rooms were not ready for check in. By that time the lobby was full of people waiting to check in. Suggested that since check out was at noon, there must be some rooms cleaned even if all were not. They checked and started checking people in to the cleaned rooms. Facilities old and worn, but clean. Would have been ok for $40-50, but was overpriced at $100.
The place to stay if you are going to the Balloon Festival. Within walking distance.
Needs blackout curtains. Parking lot lights are very bright.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Continental breakfast was typical. If you want 5 star treatment go somewhere else but value for price here can't be beat.
Not really anything I didn't like. It does need some updating but overall it is a nice place for the price.
Staff were gr8. Close to Sandia Amphitheater and Casino. Clean, comfortable, relaxing. Breakfast good and a swim/jacuzzi to top it off !!
Without transport it is a wee bit awkward to do things but there is a bus to catch for a trip to Downtown Albuquerque
the shuttle to the casino and close the shops and freeway
Wifi did not work the whole time I was there, called front desk to complain but still got no response as to why. Over all, the stay was not bad, for the price I paid.
The price! Breakfast was okay!
The leaking AC! The Hot tube that was not hot! The huge box TV! Door had to be slammed every time to lock it!
Front desk clerk friendly
The poor was open too late in the morning. I had hoped to swim before fulfilling our late morning meeting.
Great room, pool and very very friendly staff!
Larry, the front desk clerk
dirty rooms / carpet No grass or even dirt without broken glass for dog
For the cost it is just what we were looking for. Clean and quiet for a good nights sleep.
Front desk staff was great. We saw them giving ideas for tours of the city to their guests. The Chamber of Commerce should give them a medal. Although close to the freeway, the motel has some nice, quiet rooms. We never heard the traffic at all.
The carpets in the common areas need to be replaced. They are too grimy to ever be clean again.
Staff was friendly with the exception of the night desk personnel on 6/15. Great location.
A lot of bugs. The suite room we stayed in the wallpaper was coming off, there was duct tape over a crack in one of the big mirrors. The night staff of 6/15 were rude after trying to get reimbursed a brand new tooth paste and tooth brush were thrown out by a maid who apparently only threw that out and not other trash that was in same room because she thought checked out-wierd
Front desck guy drunk, and couldnt find my reserbation, the place so dirty
all of it
