Walkable to Old Town Plaza.
we had a great time.
Quality of TV, small and fuzzy screen
Location View Room Decor Comfortable Bed/SOFT Pillows! Pool Friendly Staff
very minor things: slow wi-fi small tv screen (by today's standards)
Our room was clean and the bed and linens were comfortable. Convenient walking distance to Old Town.
High quality hotel, able to walk out of the door straight into the old town. Good value and comfortable. Helpful staff.
Bed was comfy, room was large and clean! Staff was friendly and went out of their way to assist in any way possible.
Close to old town Good information about dining
Noise under pillow like vibration annoyed husband and kept him awake
Easy walk to Old Town area - convenient to restaurants, tourist attractions and shopping. Quirky decor and comfortable rooms.
Great bed, lovely accommodations. The housekeeping staff was quite good. The people at the front desk went out of their way to help me- everyone was very knowledgable. Common areas were well-kept, attractive. Restaurant (Gardunos) is excellent- my daughter and I chose to dine outside- very nice setting. Plenty of parking. within a block or so of Olde Town, and easy access to main highways in Albuquerque.
they gave us complimentary breakfast because of it. Loved the pool
didn't have our room ready for 2 hours
the location is great!
-The front desk was friendly. The room was affordable-found it on Groupon. -The pool was beautiful! -Waitress at Gardunos was great! Gardunos got very busy and our waitress kept her cool under pressure. It was a busy Monday night in July. She was a petite woman with wavy long brown hair. I wish I remembered her name bc her service was exceptional. -Tues. breakfast service was also exceptional-young man w/ glasses helped us. -Hotel grounds are beautiful and well maintained.
-We called on the day before to request early check in. We were given permission to check in early. Upon arrival the room was not ready. The front desk said they never received our request. -The room was smaller than expected -TV was tiny and out of date. -We ordered extra towels 2 x and they never arrived. -We went for a night swim and the pool was out of towels (never re-stocked). What is it with towels? -Hot tub was never hot. Overall, we did have a good stay, though.
The interior lobby area is attractive and the room was comfortable. The location within walking distance of the old town is great.
From the outside, the hotel looks large and boring but the interior lobby is nicely decorated southwest style. Breakfast wasn't included
Read some negative comments online but I just didn't see it. Great location. Nice large clean room with view of the mountains and the morning balloon ascensions. Staff fell all over us. For the price, this place was incredible.
Nothing. The whole stay was a pleasant surprise.
The location was great, easy on and off the highway. Close to the airport. There was a good restaurant in the hotel and easy walking to other great restaurants
It was Beautiful and Peaceful
the ambience and comfort
This was a very nice, quiet and clean hotel. It was within walking distance to some old town, quaint shops with amazing jewelry and other things at very reasonable prices which were negotiable.
Signal was very weak.
Location, location, location. Walking distance to Museums, Shopping, and wide assortment of restaurants $- $$$$. Pool clean and nice size for lap swimming.
Towels in hotel and especially at pool could use an upgrade, Furniture old but usable. Recommend a sign be added to tell housekeeping that changing of bed linen not necessary to save water.
Access by foot to many of the sites and points of interest or else short car ride
Old school TV sets, chipped bathtub, no patio chairs
We love Old Town in Albuquerque so this hotel was perfectly situated. Beautiful entrance & lobby. Rooms were very southwestern decor, comfy beds. Loved the dressing area (closet, vanity w wonderful stool) and bathroom.
Air conditioner really old and loud
