I love everything about the Albuquerque Crowne Plaza. Rooms & bed are awesome.
Not a thing.
Quite and had a balcony with a door that opened. Nice for fresh air. Clean and nice breakfast.
We have stayed in lots of Crowne Plaza's throughout our USA Road Trip and this one was the oldest and most in need of an upgrade. There was no doorman and we had lots of luggage. The Knoxville, TN one was the very best! So very well kept.
The lobby was newly removated and had beautiful floors and decorations. Rooms and hallways were not as nice. Rug was bunched up in hallway and I almost tripped when getting ice. Need to fix uneven rugs in hallways.
See above. Uneven rugs in hallways.
Variety of restaurants, great bar, excellent bed, good wifi facility. All staff were very professional and friendly. Loved the decor of the hotel.
Breakfast was great!
The dust in the room the feather pillows.
Size of room
Pillows dripping water inside wall in bathroom, staff showed no concern.
I liked everything about the Albuquerque Crowne Plaza. I've stayed here several times & will return every chance I get. Very clean & comfortable.
Nothing at all.
Location was perfect! Breakfast was lovely. We were very comfortable in the spacious room. Balcony gave us twinkling city lights at night. Room very clean!
Bathroom too small. Door opens right on top of toilet making it awkward to get inside. Phone in room didn't work.
Beds were comfortable and clean, location was good for balloon fiesta and Albuquerque travel. I requested extra blankets and they were put in the room while we were out.
Carpets had 4 large stains in the living area, bathrooms are very small. The front desk staff, while courteous, seemed overwhelmed by the number of people checking in.
Everything was awesome
No Parking space but it was Ballon Fiesta Weekend so it's understandable
My mother and her friend stayed there one night because they were in town picking me up at the train station. I picked the Crowne Plaza because of its location. My mother and her friend were very impressed.
Restaurant was not open Saturday night for them to eat at.
Bed was great with nice pillows.
Great room and wonderful food.
I liked everything about Albuquerque Crowne Plaza. Very comfortable, clean, & a excellent value.
Can't think of a single thing that I didn't like.
رائع جداً ،،، Wonderfull
Enjoyed having a ground floor room with patio and seating for two.
WiFi was only usable in main part of hotel/rooms. Courtyard rooms it was not even a weak signal.
Location great to get to everywhere in Albuquerque. Nice pool. Glad to have small balcony
very long wait for luggage transporter - 40 minutes
Clean, comfortable, friendly
The beds were very comfortable. The top floor is the best floor facing the pool.
On our return we were given a lower floor facing the freeway. Very noisy. The air conditioner did not work well and the temperature in the room never went below 78°. Very hard to sleep when it is so warm in the room.
Nice clean room, pool was clean and modern, breakfast was pretty good
hotel lobby is under construction and the 4 star appeal felt way overstated when I checked in. Staff seemed frustrated with construction and we were there during some large convention of high schoolers, which was less than optimal
Everything was clean and beautiful - and the view was great.
The snacks at the desk and food at the restaurant downstairs are way overpriced, especially for a family with children. It is not a helpful service - rather a letdown.
