Location of room nice and quiet.
Wifi was fast. Staff was great and helpful.
TV went out due to the snow. Tub did not drain but maintenance got to it quickly. Location of our room was not good. Front, outside door rug was filthy.
We like the location, the other times we have stayed there we have been very pleased.
The room had no toilet paper, the floor didn't look or feel like it was vacuumed. There was a very large black widow spider in the bathroom.
Hospitality, friendly, clean and quiet even though it was full.
We had a problem with our rental car and the front desk staff were very helpful. Super friendly. Bed was extremely comfortable. This was our first stay at a La Quinta property and we were very impressed at the value for money.
Shower curtain had foul odor in my room and another family member room. There was no washcloths or bath towel in room.
disappointed they did not have a computer in lobby for customer use as do other LaQuintaq's I have stayed in.
Price was good, booked on line. Easy check inand check out.
No refrigerator in room and parking. Not enough handicap parking.
The bed was soft.
Noisy. The breakfast was substandard. No gluten free items.
convenience to the freeway
your rooms kind of had a bad odor
All staff esp. Paul, kristian and angel were the best!!!! I came down to meet my daughter for the vary first time, she just turned 16, and DENNY"S was the spot. And buy the way im FIGHT"IN colon cancer and a bad back and just had a tumer removed from my brain, even having all that it was still the best trip I ever had.
The location was good, close to the areas we wanted to visit. Paul (Customer care consultant) was very friendly.
The restroom was dirty and our room was notcleaned at all the second day of our visit. The pool was not open for two of the days there.
the staff were all nice
Road construction hard to get to with the detours lost for twenty minutes. The hotel was right against the freeway they worked all night on the overpass , I gave up on the sleep idea around three in the morning The hotel will be fine after the construction is completed.
Always enjoy staying at La QuintA
The road contruction off paseo del
highway construction started at 2 am request room away from interstate if staying there
Good value n friendly staff
Upstairs. Would prefer bottom floor. Have problem with heights.
I enjoyed the hospitality of the staff and the price is unbeatable!
It was too noisy, especially in the early morning. Hotel is too close to a major freeway.
Non-smoking, away fr traffic noise, clean room, helpful staff
The toilet kept running in room next door thru out night...
Everything was really nice except the pillows. They are horrible. Lumpy and hard.
Had a bed to sleep in for a few hours
Room smelled like urine and throw up.
