Staffs are good. Provide complimentary pickup / drop around downtown and snacks as well in the morning.. The location is not near to any shopping / restaurant areas. Hotel should add complimentary breakfast also. Provide drop/pickup facility up to some shopping points... Initially, the staffs didn't told us openly about the security deposit.. however later it was clarified after when we questioned..

Front desk, room service, and bell staff were great. Excellent room. Great for city luxury. Valet was a bit lax compared to Tue rest of the staff.

The front deal staff was amazing and friendly. They were under construction. Also they were out of all coffee except for decaf. When I called for towels and a fork and it took hours

Quiet at night. It's a plus staying in downtown Houston. Clean. Street city parking - friendly Checkout was impersonal. Did not like the idea of receiving the final billing slipped under the door. It should be done face to face at the the front desk. Checkout is at 11:00AM yet TV cable was disconnected was cutoff while I was getting to leave at 8:30AM
