Large comfortable room. Friendly, helpful staff. Very good value.

The hotel was very affordably priced. Very clean. Nothing fancy. Comfortable, clean place to sleep. Went with wife to see a concert. Cab fair with tip was not much more than parking fee downtown.

I booked 2 rooms at the same time using the same credit card and when we checked in one room was on the 1st floor and the other was on the 5th floor?!

The beds were excellent as were the pillows

Excellent value for money. My reservation was upgraded to a suite at no extra cost. Very pleasant staff, clean.

Strangely, the living room had no a/c or heater. This means that the one in the bedroom has to be turned on high and the door to living room left open so the temperature is acceptable.

The rms, the beds were very comfy and we had plenty pillows.

I loved that I found a king suite on booking.com for a very reasonable price (cheaper than a regular room). It was very nice and very clean! We enjoyed the living room area to play scrabble with family while we were able to order in from a local pizza place....no crumbs on the bed bc we had couch and chairs and plenty of space!

My only complaint was the shower. Everything was very clean, but when I took my shower the water temperature never got abouve just barely luke- warm, even after adjusting several times, it was more cool than worm, which might have been fine on a hot summers day but not on a cold morning!!!!

Clean- more than friendly staff. Room was upgraded to a suite without any asking . Why I don't know but it was all great and worth all time and money invested. Only drawback was a dated sofa . Not a big deal

the room was very clean, bed was fairly comfortable, and breakfast was pretty good. we also enjoyed the little kitchen area with microwave,refrigerator, sink, and coffee pot. the room cleaning lady was very nice and helpful..

not many good tv channels, not enough parking spots, breakfast hostess was extremely rude, she was putting stuff away while we were trying to fix our food! breakfast is put away too early...

Alexis Inn was close to everything that we wanted to see. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was good and coffee was great!!! The room was spacious and very clean.

The first morning we were there, went to take a nice hot shower and the water was luke warm. I called the front desk and her response was, there must be a lot of people taking showers right now. You might want to wait a little while and try it again.

Staff was especially friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very cozy. I would stay there again. The price was unbeatable.

I wanted to be a little closer to downtown area, but that was the only thing that I would have changed.

My wife & I stay around 50 nights a year in hotels & this was one of the best. AS good as it could be. Gary & Nancy

The rooms were very clean. Smelled clean and the bed was comfy and clean. The staff were very attentive and helpful.

The hotel was minutes away from The Opry Mills mall! It was also conviently located near the drug store, liquor, gas station, and fast food restaurants.This hotel was the perfect location for our very first adventure in Nashville we hated to leave but is planning a return trip soon with the kids!

Right off the highway, a hotel surrounded by motels, so it stands out in quality for the price.
