Because we needed a room near the airport
processed eggs for breakfast
The room was very clean and the hotel clerks were very friendly and helpful.
The toilet ran periodically the whole time were there, and it backed up at one point.
Good location near the Briley Parkway, but you did not hear the cars on the highway.
- Comfy beds and great space - GREAT staff, very friendly and helpful at all times - Good spot right off the road
- Price too high for room - Bugs everywhere! - Lack of options at breakfast bar (for vegans and gluten free types) - No ATM in lobby
Great breakfast, quiet room, great option to print boarding pass and shuttle, etc.
Just silly things-window that needed replacing b'cuz of heat damage, shower leaked onto bathroom floor. Nothing huge, just nickel and dime things, but for the price, better than the more expensive hotels because this one had great location, friendly staff, good breakfast, etc.
I got Alexis Hotel, just because in they advertisement they say that they have shuttle. In fact they have "Driving Miss dayse" shuttle that charge us US$ 19 for each way trip to the town. I think will be fair if they put in their adv that the bus is NOT free. If you get a regular taxi, is the same price or cheapest, and you can divide between the passengers. You can't do this with "Driving Miss Dayse". The staff at the reception wasn't friendly, they didn't even smille. For us, Alexis Hotel wasn't good.
beds were comfortable felt safe nice place friendly staff
Great friendly service! No problems getting extra towels.
Next to elevator Unfriendly front desk staff
Printed directions that avoided the highway into Nashville, Opryland and Hermitage.
The bed was too hard
Hotel was easy to find, quiet, and a short drive to Opryland and other major attractions. Clean and comfortable with friendly staff.
The hotel is dated and not very clean. It's not dirty or unkept but for what I paid, I could go to other hotels in the area for the same price with a better environment.
Lovely quiet position. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable
Staff was great
Small cups in breakfast area
I would say it was "OK"! Nothing horrible, nothing wonderful, a bed and a bathroom. That's what we wanted. It was clean & the people seemed nice. The bed was comfortable!
The room was very small, sorta like a cruise ship cabin!! The selection for breakfast was sad!! It made Hampton Inn look like a banquet!! No fruit, no yogurt. Very limited selection! Seating quite crowded & small. Again what was there was OK, just rather. Bla!!
We arrived around noon, didn't know the area, so thought we would see if we could check in. Our room was ready and were able to check in and spend the afternoon in Nashville. Very accommodating front desk staff
Breakfast really needs to have some additions like yogurt & fruit. Also need ketchup, when asked if there was any, attendant wasn't very friendly
VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE
NEEDED MORE BREAKFAST ITEMS
Second night very good.
First night room to small, smaller than rooms in Europe.
Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were nice. Breakfast was good.
Hallway rugs on the 5th floor need to be replaced and there need to be more tables in the breakfast room.
The best part of this hotel was the Driving Miss Daisy shuttle service. They were able to take us downtown to hang out for a big and were very quick coming to pick us back up. They also use the same service for their airport shuttles. Even thought it wasn't advertised they will let you park at the hotel for up to 7 days for free (even with a one night stay), that was very nice as we were only gone 4 days.
Breakfast was great, close to airport
Rooms with king size beds are very small
Finding a park was not a problem at the hotel.
The carpet in the hall on the 4th floor had an unpleasant odor as did the carpet in my room.
It was a nice place. Easy to find.
The room was small.
