1) location--close to big hotels but not one of them. 2) ability to get from car park to room in seconds, not minutes like in the big casino hotels 3) no casino to tromp thru on way to room/elevators/etc. 4) on-site restaurant has good food at reasonable prices some furniture getting a little on the used side but overall value of the resort is excellent.

The suite was very large, actually it was a small apartment with small kitchen. Coffee is provided. Free wireless available. The hotel is at walking distance from the strip (10 minutes), it is however in a very quiete neighborhood. We enjoyed dinner at the very close Hard Rock Cafe. Free airport transfer was another important added value. And we got all this for an excellent price!

We came because it was pet friendly. The price was good and it was clean and fairly quiet. Staff came quickly when called to replace light bulb and to bring an air conditioner remote. Three pool/spa areas were nice and the restaurant was good as well 16 steps up to 2nd level was tough on senior legs and carpet and couch could use deep cleaning or replacing.

That I had to put 200 dollar deposit down after I had already paid for the room and I wasn't told about it until I actually checked in. It wasn't on the web site nor was I told when I called. I did not like the fact I could not have guest come and visit in the room we ha to leave the hotel.

Nice flat screen, nice kitchen, nice tub Pictures are basically a lie. Hotel was not upscale, sort of like just a hair above motel 6. room I requested was switched on me even though I called 3 times to make sure I had a suite with a separate room. Beds were cheap. Linens were smelly. Refrigerator leaked. Service was awful. Room service awful. Staff was rude. Staff was uninformed.

Nice to spot airplanes, Nice swimmingpools with jacuzzi. The bar was out of draft beer for 3 days. If you dont like airplanes, don't go there (airplanes landing/takeoff are very close) . You often smell the airplane fuel.

Lobby and staff was off the hook! Our room was a little dark, and dated. Even though I had asked for one of the newer (teal) decorated rooms, we got an older, red one. The sofa was old and worn out!! Our room (#1456) smelled funny. But it was very roomy, with 2 comfy Twin beds, and clean bedding. Nice roomy bathroom, with updated fixtures. The kitchenette had cabinets, small fridge, coffee maker, sink, counter, 2 bar stools. Nice! Wifi is available, but not included: $12.99 a day, for 24 hours... Great location, close to the strip, but far enough away from the craziness. Beautiful garden and pool area. Safe parking with security patrols. Overall, for the money, a very nice place.

Location and the desk clerk Brenda. Very friendly. She was off work when my room toilet stopped. I'm sure she would of had this problem resolved immediately. She was very helpful at check in. My toilet was stopped up and it took maintenance almost an hour to fix it which within another hour it stopped up again. I, along with guest had to walk to the hotel lobby to use their restroom! Not acceptable!

Rooms are very large and comfy, and come with a mini "unstocked" fridge with a small freezer tray, bar sink, microwave, coffee & coffee maker, 2 AC/heating units! This room we stayed in is like a large studio. Bathroom is accessible from the entry way, or the bed area, and has a window that opens. Beds are the most comfortable we have ever slept on! There was also a sofa sleeper with sheets, pillow, and blanket for it already in the room. We didn't use the sofa sleeper, but nice to have an extra blanket in the room! We have stayed there about 4 times. Some of the rooms have a seperate bedroom with an entry into the bathroom from the bedroom, or the entry way. There are a couple of pools, and a real nice gym. You can park close to your room. It's right across the street from the Hard Rock, and it's a short drive up the street to City Center! It's a great place for the money, and we will stay there again, but if your looking for something more fancy, for like a honeymoon, a nice romantic weekend getaway from the kids, or a hip fun pool, this is not it. No elevators for the upper level. Have to haul your luggage up a flight of stairs.

I was in Vegas 5th times. And all of times we chose hotels in Strip. But this time we was in Alexis Park. It was like 2 blocks from Strip. But we had car and we didnt care about this. So this hotel the best!!!!! and so cheap!!!! Very big rooms (like studio or apartment). Very clean and not noisy. It has 3 swimming pools! the best for summer. Not so far from street (like 10-15 min walk). parking for your car next to you room door! So we were so happy! We liked more then MGM grand, Imperial Palace, Tropicana, Monte Carlo where we staid last times! It's really good hotel.

Your employees are top notch. They were helpful, friendly and willing to be of service. There was a nice group of employees. We loved the mint smell in the lobby. It was really refreshing and memorable. May you all have a safe and wonderful 2013. We will be back. We had a spa in our room that didn't work but the gentleman was there in just a few minutes to repair it. However, I don't know if the tub is old or what but it was pretty stained. The jacuzzi is a little too cool.

I loved having an entire comfortable suite to hang out in. The entire room was very nice to be in. I also loved the park-like setting and the fact that it was a non-gambling establishment. The reason I only gave "good" ratings on the comfort and fascilities is because they had this big beautiful bathtub with jacuzzi jets and the jacuzzi jets didn't work! The other thing I would have liked would have been something like a microwave to heat up food. The kitchen area seemed to be geared more towards just drinking alcohol. Finally, I would love to see vegan meals in the restaurant and room service -- not just pasta, but something with plant-based protein. I saw a sign in the bathroom letting me know how precious water is in that region, but according to Dr. Arjen Hoekstra of the Twente Water Centre at the University of Twente in the Netherlands it takes between 2 to 6 times the water to grow 1 lb of protein from animals than it does to grow the same 1 lb of quality protein from plants. NOTE: According to the Stockholm International Water Institute, 7-% of all water is used in Agriculture. Only 10% in households and 20% in industry. So the most effective way to conserve water is in our diets. Furthermore, research on communities that have the highest number of active centenarians found that those who eat a fully plant-based diet or near-plant based diet are the most likely to be active and disease-free after the age of 100 (see the book "The Blue Zones." One of the three communities in the world with the highest number of active centenarians was the 7th Day Adventists in Loma Linda California, and research on them has shown that vegetarians live longer than meat eaters, and vegans live longer than both vegetarians and meat eaters. You can help us 1) save water 2) reduce health care costs and 3) improve overall well being of the population by making sure to have delicious vegan meal options in all your restaurants and room service.

Proximity to Hard Rock (directly across the road) Where I attended nightly concerts. Room service. The suite. Airport shuttle. Front desk staff. the maid left on the countertop, pizza box & leftovers from the night before. Cleaned & tidy everything else though. May simply have forgotten?

I loved the location. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was really nice, I wasnt expecting a whirlpool tub. but that just was a plus since we were in Vegas for our honeymoon. The room service to our room was great. the food arrived Hot and in a very timely manner. Alexis Resort premises was beautiful and it was a very quiet stay.. A plus since neither me or my husband are big into partying or crowds. Alexis Resort was not far from a grocery store. Which we liked because we had a refrig in our room too and we kept drinks in it.. When I go back to Vegas I will definitely stay there again.. Well being our first time to Vegas we debated on renting a car or not to rent a car.. Alexis resort said they would get us to the air port and back.. but the shuttle only leaves after 7 in the morning and we had to be at the airport at 5 so we had to take a taxi. then when we arrived in Vegas I called the wrong number and we had a long wait at the airport to get a ride to the Hotel. But the staff was helpful in getting us a taxi.. But next time I will make sure we have transportation when going to Vegas.. Taxi's are way to high...
