Room very big easy parking close to airport
staff & management
The area was quiet and relaxing
The check in staff was rude and not very knowledgeable. I made my reservation on 12-20-2014 for a check in on 1-16-2015 and they couldn't find it.
Chemicals used to clean the room were so bad I had to leave.
Airplanes taking off and landing right next to hotel. My room wasn't cleaned while I was gone all day.
I booked this hotel and confirmed everything with confirmation No. 953.304.465 from booking.com. unfortunately, when I went there around midnight to get the room. they told me that they couldn't provide me the room. due to oversold and told me to looking for another hotel myself. They put me in a very hard situation that night and they take no responsibility at all. good luck!!!!!!!!!
No airport shuttle service before 7 am.
The location was wonderful because it wasn't far from the Las Vegas BLVD.
The 1st Room (#1903) heater in the living room did not work, the shower handle broke off, the outlet in the bathroom did not work, the Jacuzzi did not work and the bed was hard. You will be charged to use Wifi for $12.99. The 2nd Room (#1958) TV did not work in the Living Room, the heater in the bedroom did not work and AGAIN, the bed was hard. This is DE worst experience I have ever went through and I can say Motel 6 is probably better. Facility needs a lot of upgrade.
The location - nice to be close to the strip, but not on it. The Staff - Friendly & Accommodating Great Price - Can't beat the price for three nights. Great Room - My Husband said the right description, cozy! We love the little kitchen w/the Microwave. Even the bathroom was pretty nice. We didn't get hit with any other fees. If you want Wi- Fi it's like $12.99 a night, but we just went without. It was fine. Even the Hotel Cable was enough for us. We really enjoyed our stay. It was truly a vacation!
The bed. We wanted a King, but there were no King beds available. Just Queen. Not sure if it was a Queen, but it was hard. I slept on the couch the whole trip and let my Husband have the bed. It was too hard for me. Getting out of the parking lot was kind of tricky. The space to back your car out was kind of small and only one car at a time could drive down the drive way.
I Stayed here in the early 80's when it was a great Hotel to stay in and today it's almost as nice a place, no gambling and very quiet, always like staying here
The rates and the spacious rooms.
The taxi does not drop you off in front of your room like other hotels off the strip. Also was over billed be an extra 100$ by mistake. Resolving issue with accounting.
The size of rooms and hotel are awesome for the price.
We enjoyed our stay at Alexis Park. We had a nice suite on the ground floor with our car parked right outside our door-like a motel. The unit was lovely except that it only had a double bed. This place is a big walk to the strip but they have a shuttle which was great. Would stay there again.
Private and close to alot of casinos that I go hang out at.
They upgraded with no problem whend there was a problem, with no extra charge.
The billing was off, they billed 2 different cards
Size of the room
The hotel is located right at the end of Las Vegas Airport's runaway... The hotel is badly maintained and rooms are not very clean Had to wait 20min to check-in
Some very noisy neighboors on the week-end
Location, not a casino, price
Tired and grubby
The location was good and the pool was nice
I reserved a queen size bed. They gave me two full sizes. I reserved a room with a separate bedroom. I received a studio room. I reserved a couch with a pull out bed. I received a regular couch. When you reserve this location, you will get what they give you. They could care less what your reservation was. It sucks because you're already in Vegas and it's too late to cancel without obtaining fees. I will never book this hotel again!
Excellent interaction between our Corporate staff and event planner Jerri, and her support group, including table set up persons, and waiter/waitress personnel. Thank you Very Much.
Front desk personnel.
I love these suites they are spacious and most of all clean and comfy.. Definitely staying here again!
Facility is very clean and a bargain for the price. Staff very pleasant. Exercise facility excellent.
Nice place and great location.
Front desk staff were slow at check in and it took almost an hour.
dark room (the wall was painted in dark red colour and the carpet was dark brown color...even if there are roaches in the room, we wouldn't be able to spot them), we requested an updated room and the receptionist said "Sure!" - what we got was a room 'updated' probably a decade ago...other rooms had modern flat-screen TV and sofa (our room had the big old TV and very old sofa)... no fan in the bathroom (we had to open the window and everyone walking on the hallway looked into our bathroom)
Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable.
Rooms are older than they appear in the pictures online. We reserved a king bed over a month in advance; were given two double beds in a room that was totally outdated and tired looking. Initially, we could not get into the room, because the door was jammed. We had to wait for staff to issue new keys, which still didn't work. Security had to eventually kick on the door to get it to open, and said they'd send someone to fix it. We requested another room, and were finally moved after about an hour of hassle. We were upgraded for all the trouble, but the room still did not look quite as nice as online. Being off the strip was a blessing; however, we didn't realize that jets fly right overhead leaving the airport. It was extremely noisy. Building needs new paint. Looks like maintenance isn't high on their list. Again, pictures online are very deceptive, and they charge $12.99 a night for Wi-Fi.
