Private and close to alot of casinos that I go hang out at.
They upgraded with no problem whend there was a problem, with no extra charge.
The billing was off, they billed 2 different cards
Size of the room
The hotel is located right at the end of Las Vegas Airport's runaway... The hotel is badly maintained and rooms are not very clean Had to wait 20min to check-in
Some very noisy neighboors on the week-end
Location, not a casino, price
Tired and grubby
The location was good and the pool was nice
I reserved a queen size bed. They gave me two full sizes. I reserved a room with a separate bedroom. I received a studio room. I reserved a couch with a pull out bed. I received a regular couch. When you reserve this location, you will get what they give you. They could care less what your reservation was. It sucks because you're already in Vegas and it's too late to cancel without obtaining fees. I will never book this hotel again!
Excellent interaction between our Corporate staff and event planner Jerri, and her support group, including table set up persons, and waiter/waitress personnel. Thank you Very Much.
Front desk personnel.
I love these suites they are spacious and most of all clean and comfy.. Definitely staying here again!
Facility is very clean and a bargain for the price. Staff very pleasant. Exercise facility excellent.
Nice place and great location.
Front desk staff were slow at check in and it took almost an hour.
dark room (the wall was painted in dark red colour and the carpet was dark brown color...even if there are roaches in the room, we wouldn't be able to spot them), we requested an updated room and the receptionist said "Sure!" - what we got was a room 'updated' probably a decade ago...other rooms had modern flat-screen TV and sofa (our room had the big old TV and very old sofa)... no fan in the bathroom (we had to open the window and everyone walking on the hallway looked into our bathroom)
Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable.
Rooms are older than they appear in the pictures online. We reserved a king bed over a month in advance; were given two double beds in a room that was totally outdated and tired looking. Initially, we could not get into the room, because the door was jammed. We had to wait for staff to issue new keys, which still didn't work. Security had to eventually kick on the door to get it to open, and said they'd send someone to fix it. We requested another room, and were finally moved after about an hour of hassle. We were upgraded for all the trouble, but the room still did not look quite as nice as online. Being off the strip was a blessing; however, we didn't realize that jets fly right overhead leaving the airport. It was extremely noisy. Building needs new paint. Looks like maintenance isn't high on their list. Again, pictures online are very deceptive, and they charge $12.99 a night for Wi-Fi.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Many ameneties are provided such as a fridge and two TVs.
Some rooms are being fixed therefore cold water is not available in some showers, so you have to be move to another room.
Shuttle drivers were very friendly and attentive and the shuttle worked well both coming and going. Meeting evening of the 5th was facilitated well, food, service and location were fine. Location was great, a quiet calm in the storm of energy called Las Vegas. It would be nice if the shuttle dropped folks off on the strip once an hour as well as the airport. (Or once every 2 hours, even 3 x a day)
Our first room on the 4th/5th needed remodeling and it was noisy (on the road overlooking the parking lot). Our room on the 12th was much better, interior near pool #3, quieter, cleaner, larger. Desk staff seemed disorganized and too busy to tend to the number of guests. You need more staff there. Two pools out of commission on one day even though it was hot.
There's a leak on our bathroom , microwave is not working, sauna and jacuzzi is not workin tv on room is old
Large, clean suite with comfortable bed and great view of the strip at night from our bedroom. Grounds are well maintained, 3 nice sized pools, friendly staff. We only stayed one night to catch an early flight after a week at Lake Havasu, but walked to Sugars across from the Bellagio for lunch. Looks like a good place for families, large complex.
Nothing in kitchenette but a coffee maker and sink. No dishes or utensils, cupboards were completely empty. Ice makers were in pool area only.
Location to the event
Dog potty area was not handled properly. We requested it be watered down... Request ignored. By second day of tournament ... Smelled bad... Tried to hold breath so I wouldn't breathe in the nasty fumes as I passed by the area.
Inexpensive Very close to the airport
Facility dated but you get what you pay for.
The prices are not the same once u get der they hit u wit every fee and every deposit its so overcharged
The staff, a credit to America, shuttle service, spacious rooms, watching the weddings!
Only one pool open for the amount of guests staying there at the Resort
I liked the size of the room, and the pillows and beds were very comfortable i like there was a restaurant in the lobby and I loved the shuttle service.
I didn't like that both TV in the bedroom and living were not working properly.that wasn't a big deal, but what I really didnt like is that the jacuzzi tub in the room wasnt working and after i filled the tub with water all this nasty black mildew gave out from the jet openings,it was bad.
-off the strip, but close to the strip. -nice and quiet. -nice colors in the room. -huge bath tub
-2 of 3 pools were closed. -front desk was rude at check-out -they don't offer receipts at check-out and seem offended when you ask for it. -upgraded room, downgraded tv
I loved how the resort looked online rms matched photos online and in person. 3pools on site across from rehab perfect
The staff was not knowledgeable on deposit being put per night they said on phone 25$ for whole stay deposit when I arrived they made me down size my RSVP because I only had 25$ for one night deposit . This upset me because I made all plans set for entire trip a month ahead.. Upset ... The girl who checked me in needs to be trained way better . Not sure if she was new but it took for me to call booking.com and Alexis park RSVP dept in order to get my RSVP corrected and at correct rate ;) where all the teller had to do was call they manager who had no problem fixing it back . The manager a lady made my stay peaceful after that .a short Asian lady I think no disrespect jus she was very nice
