Terrible stuff, terrible location - close to house of homeless people, so old rooms with bad smell, absent of bagagge room

I wasn't that impressed at first, this was my first trip to the us, and didn't realized how different are standards and facilities between Europe and us. But when I was back here after a tour of California (where other hotels were very disappointing for the same price of Alexis park), I undestood how good this place is. Rooms are large and comfortable, very clean, same thing apply to the king size bed. Free wifi working properly (not like the hotel facing Alexis Park, I had to run away after one night only because of the smelly tiny old-furbished room, besides wifi didn't work and breakfast was not an option even if both were instead included in my reservation and paid for). The coffe machine in the room also very appreciated, as well as the safe box , since the neighbourhood can be not that quiet expecially at night.

Breakfast hours are a bit too short, from 8 to 9:30. The neighbourhood is very central, I mostly moved on foot, but I cannot rate "location" with excellent because the homeless neighbours can be quite scary at times, even if after a couple of days you get to realize they are very quiet, and anyway you find plenty of them also any where else. Nice Also to have many restaurants around, even if there is not a concierge at the otel to give you advice on (they are all nice, but grumpy at times, and after first time I tried asking for advices I realized the concierge part of their job is not something they like or want to do...) ...try the Mel's drive in... Just 2 blocks from Alexis Park on Geary street, serving a great american experience....

The location for getting to and from where I was doing business in the city and that I could walk to downtown restaurants was great for me. I did like the fact that they had onsite parking at no charge. The gentleman who checked me in was very pleasant.

While the room appeared to be clean the sheets looked as though maybe they had been used once before. The carpet although well vaccuumed had several stains which makes the floor feel dirty. The coffee pot and the nice make up mirror did not work either. The "breakfast" was nothing more than vending machine foods and bad coffee so do not count on it.

Esta en una zona de homeless y prostitutas. Dos mañanas abrimos la puerta de la habitación y había una persona durmiendo allí. No se puede regresar seguro caminando más allá de las 20 horas. El personal de recepción no ayuda ni da información de ningún tipo

Das Zimmer ist ok ausgestattet und mit Bussen ist es nicht weit ins Centrum.

Der Fernseher ging nicht, man hörte jeden Schritt des Zimmernachbarn und der Stadtteil in dem das Hotel liegt ist mehr als unsicher!

Es war sehr dreckig und schimmelig. Die Besitzer waren extrem unfreundlich. Es war laut: die Hotelbesucher im Nachbarzimmer haben eine Party in einer Nacht gefeiert. Die Besitzer des Hotels haben leider nichts dagegen unternommen. Weiterhin hat das Wifi nicht funktioniert und das Frühstück war ein Kaffee im Stehen und ein Jogurt zum Mitnehmen. Wir haben das Hotel hauptsächlich wegen dem Wifi und Frühstück gebucht. Beides war eigentlich nicht vorhanden. Damit war der Preis pro Nacht definitiv nicht gerechtfertigt und wir hätten. Ich kann das Hotel auf keinem Fall empfehlen. Alle Klamotten im Koffer waren nach 4 Tage Aufenthalt im Alexis Park feucht und haben nach Schimmel gerochen.

Ett välskött hotell, mycket fräscht, bra läge, gångavstånd både till Union square och Fishermans warf. Perfekt fungerande Wi-fi. Liten, men dock helt OK frukost. Mycket värde för pengarna

Het hotel is prima, de kamera zijn schoon en vrij standaard ingericht. De locatie is behoorlijk centraal in San Francisco. Dat betekend dat er, zoals in iedere grote stad, daklozen in de buurt zijn. Wij hadden er totaal geen moeite mee maar kan me voorstellen dat dat niet voor iedereen geldt.

Average hotel, in a bad location. Higly not suggested. Loock elsewhere. Bad customer service, terrible breakfast.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Free parking was a HUGE bonus!

I was shocked and surprised that the deposit held was more than the dollar amount of my two night stay. I have traveled extensively, both in the US and internationally and never had more than a 20% deposit held. It would have been nice to at least be notified of this rather than discovering it when I checked my bank balance minutes after checking in.

The hotel is a classic 2 story motel layout in the center of the tenderloin. As such, the biggest drawback is the skeezy area. Not a great place to be at night, and there's not much in way of restaurants/coffee for 3+ blocks. However, we needed to be in this area to assist an elderly woman living there. Despite the location, the hotel was impeccably clean and the staff very nice. The room was large and comfy with clean, comfortable bedding and a moderately nice bathroom. The street noise wasn't too bad at night, as it's on a smaller corner than others in the area. Homeless didn't tend to gather here, as they did at other motels in area (I have nothing against the homeless, but someone yelling outside your window at 4 am is undesirable no matter how affluent they are). And therE's free parking, but it's first come...with about fifteen space for the complex. Overall, this is an okay option for someone who wants to be in this part of the city, although at the price I'd stay at a Sheraton or other chain if I had the choice.

Again, the area is pretty low end urban, and the nightly price is up there. I mean...the outrigger waikiki charges less per night...but it worked and was a pleasant stay.

Sehr gute Lage. Schönes & sehr sauberes Zimmer. Hotel empfehlenswert.

Rezeptionsmitarbeiter (Eigentümer) unfreundlich & sehr unflexibel. Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis nicht sehr gut, aber ok.
