although they had limited parking space, parking was free also they provided complementary breakfast under good price. around hotel there were a few restaurant and fastfood place. I guess hospital was nearby so heard siren very frequently. besides that, everything was good. |

The location was good for my purpose in being in the city. Would be nice if there was a place to sit down for breakfast. Free ice would be good. The lights in the room need to be replaced or fixed. The desk lamp has been broken for a month and the light outside the bathroom has been burned out for a month. |

Friendly staff at check-in. Free local calls could be made from the room. Breakfast was tasty although it did take us a few trips to carry food from downstairs up to room - but the waffles were delicious. Seemed to be in a part of town with some "characters" in the street, but we didn't feel bothered/ unsafe in any way, and could walk to sights of interest: Union Square, Fisherman's Wharf. Checked out very early and staff emailed final bill. Good tasty food at nearby restaurants. Confusingly, the hotel had lots of "Comfort Inn" logos on towels/brouchures, etc and our shuttle driver claimed that the hotel had changed it's name in the last week and therefore it took him longer to find it (as he had to use the street address rather than knowing the hotel). |

The hotel rooms looked like they've recently been updated. Very clean and updated bathroom shower and toilets. The room overall was clean. Free parking and they do serve breakfast but at a certain time. Friendly staff. |

This hotel supprised us with the nice looking room. slept well in nice king bed. modern bathroom. helpfull staff. breakfast was ok for us; bread, waffles, muffins, yogurt.15 minutes walk from union square. can be noisy when police or other cars with noisy alarms/signals are passing by. Too intrusive staff (patriotic). Has not the best neighborhood at night. |

Conveniently located in SF downtown, well fournished spacious rooms, busy street but sound-proof windows help a little, clean. Forget the breakfast - de facto it just does not exist (very poor choice and only from 8 am to 9:30 pm, the food is to be taken to your room). No possibility to leave the luggage even for several hours. |

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und ordentlich, neuer Zustand. Parkplatz liegt an der Straße, war aber kein Problem, zu parken. Es liegt mitten in San Francisco, daher kann man durchaus auch mal zu Fuß weggehen. Das Hotel bietet Frühstück inklusive an, was sehr witzig ist, da es keinen Frühstücksraum gibt, sondern nur eine Schrankwand an der Rezeption, wo man sich Toasts und Bagels, Joghurt und eine warme Waffel nehmen kann, Kaffee gibt es nur, wenn man rechtzeitig da ist, ansonsten wird auf die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer verwiesen. Wer ein richtiges Frühstück haben möchte, sollte sich daher in der Stadt etwas suchen, Möglichkeiten gibt es da genug. |

La habitación era grande, y el baño también, bien equipado. TV, y AC. Parking y Wifi gratis. La zona. Tienes 5-10 minutos andando entre mendigos hasta llegar a Union Square. Parking con pocas plazas. |

La habitación era espaciosa, la verdad es que estaba bastante bien y la cama era muy grande. Mucho mejor de lo que el hotel aparenta a primera vista, desde luego. El precio, la habitación y la cercanía del centro, hacen que pueda ser aconsejable si no te da miedo la zona. La zona está rodeada, no sólo de mendigos, sino de colgados. La calle Ellis, la que está frente al hotel, en ese tramo, es la peor que he visto. Aún así se puede evitar echando por otras calles o volviendo en taxi. Las habitaciones dan a la calle, se puede acceder a ellas en plan motel. Pero bueno, no tuvimos ninguna mala experincia y es verdad que está cerca del centro. |

Habitacion de tamaño adecuado y limpia. Para dormir y conocer Sn Fco, esta mas que sufiente. Desayuno adecuado, pero tienes q llevarlo a la pieza. Poca disponibilidad de parking, auque en lo personal nunca nos falto pero siempre te complica salir y no tener donde dejar tu auto al regreso. |
