In spite of mixed comments regarding this motel we decided to give it a try. We're glad we did and would go back. It's very clean. The breakfast is substantial. We always look for a breakfast included place because otherwise it just takes too much time out of our mornings. The location is fine. Other comments regarding the neighborhood being undesireable are unreasonable. It's a big city, there are going to be homeless, druggies, etc. in every big city. We parked our car (first come, first served parking lot - it's small) and took city transportation and/or cabs for the weekend. Very convenient to the tranportation systems. And Tommy's Joynt is only a few block away. Great place for an inexpensive dinner.

They need new pillows. And they leave only two towels in a king room - be sure to ask for additionals.

Carpet needs cleaning, stuffy, needs elevator, neighborhood- Tenderloin.

The hotel is quit new

The location is terrible. It is in the middle of the slum. Homeless people around the corner

The room is clean and quite big.

Missing a fridge, not enough parkingplaces, man at the receptie not helpfull or nice, breakfast is nothing.Neighbourhood is not the best. Expensive for what you get ...

Está a 5 dólares en taxi desde la parada de metro CIvic Center, línea directa desde el aeropuerto... y a 20 minutos andando recto a lombard St.

Le personnel est vraiment pas accueillant pour un sou, vraiment pas sympathique. On a eu une chambre qui était à côté de la route, extrèment bruillante. On s'est fait réveillé aux aurore par des cris, des camions qui passaient, la police, ... Le parking n'est pas garanti donc y a intéret à être là dans les premiers. Pour le "petit déjeuner" (si on peut appeller ça comme ça...) c'est jusqu'à 9h30 et pas une minute de plus. A 9h29, ils commencent déjà à ranger. Et comme pour le parking vaut mieux être la très tôt car il ne réapprovise absolument rien, pas même le café ! De plus l'hotel est vraiment dans les quartiers pauvres de la ville, si vous êtes des demoiselles ayez des hommes avec vous de préférences. Les rues ne sont vraiment pas sûre, des mendiants à chaque coin du motel ainsi que dans les rues avoisinantes.

Manque un fitness.

The service was bad. There was no continental breakfast: just organge juice, milk, coffee and jougurt to go in the little lobby!! You should pick up your preference and take it to your room. Breakfast time: 8 to 9.30!!! Wen I left, they didn´t give me my receipt because the system was unable to take the payment in advance (the day before) and I was leaving early in the morning (nobody in the hotel before 8 am!!!!) They promise to send the receipt by email, but I only received something unofficial, like a general balance or a budget.

It was great that they had no record of my booking and kept me waiting almost an hour, for a room I had supposedly booked three weeks prior to my arrival.
