Charming and location. What I do not like at the hotel: I always have trouble with the people attending the bar/restaurant: or either they try serving a "watered" straight vodka or the second glass of wine does not come from a bottle of same quality of the former one...

Very courteous, friendly, helpful and polite staff. Although our check in was at 3pm, we were given a room at 10:30am when we arrived. There is no coffee maker in the room. This is the only thing missing.

La hall è tra le più accoglienti mai viste, molto calda ed elegante sembra uscita da altri tempi. Bellissima. Il personale, in un ambiente caldo e familiare, il personale risulta poco cortese e socievole, non un buongiorno ne un ben tornato rientrato in hotel. Come se la nostra presenza fosse ininfluente al preseguimento della normale attività.
