location, style, comfort, staff, coffee in the morning. Didnt try the meals so cant comment on that but the Red Flame Diner next door is great for breakfast.

very small point: only one bar of soap to cover both shower and sink -- this is a pain.

On the upper floors the hot water requires a 20 minute running period before it gets hot. We were not warned of this and the staff did not handle our concerns about this very well.

Location, gym facilities

Noisy heating system in the room which kept us up all night, view of an apt block, dark lobby, receiving no response to e-mails prior to my visit, we were informed that coffee making facilities would be in the room however, they were not, no mini bar in the room,

for that price i expect a doorman that opens the door when one arrives.

The room was much too small for 2 people with luggage.. It had only a shower, no bath. 4pm is too late for check in. At busy times it was often impossible to get into a down lift on the 7th floor. Some reception staff were not very welcoming

The bathroom was really tiny

It had been renovated and was uodated. The location on 44th Street was excellent for sightseeing.

The hotel provided ear plugs for our room overlooking the street. It was noisy.

It has a great location, has been well refurbished and is comfortable.

We went out for dinner and returned at 11.40 to be told we could not have a night-cap in the bar or lobby and there was no room service for this service either. This is very strange in this dya and age.

Idéalement situé entre les 5 et 6eme avenue, le metro proche pour accès vers les autres quartiers ainsi que théatres, restaurants, les lieux touroutiques tels que Times Square; rockfeller center .Personnel disponible et discret.Chambre confortable (King suite).

Ligging uitstekend, vooral voor theaterbezoekers. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Hebben hier al vaak gelogeerd, komen zeker terug!

حقيقة ان طاقم العمل ودودين للغاية وفي قمة الإحترام،كما ان مستوى النظافة ممتاز، ووجبة الإفطار غنية ومتنوعة،وتميز الفندق بموقعه القريب من تايم سكوير وجميع اماكن التسوق والترفيه.

الغرف العاديه صغيره، بعكس الأجنحة فقد كانت مساحتها معقولة.

Sicuramente ottima la posizione, a due passi da Times square e dalle principali attrazioni di nyc. La camera era minuscola, per non parlare del bagno!!!!! Pero' non si va a new york per restare in camera,quindi se la si usa solo per dormire va bene.... Il prezzo non e' stato particolarmente favorevole, ma a capodanno e' difficile trovare qualcosa di economico.

Camera e bagno piccolissimi!!!! Il ristorante dell'hotel e' decisamente troppo caro (40 $ un hamburger con un calice di vino!!!!)

Отличное месторасположение!!! Чистота в отеле, отель для некурящих, бесплатный кофе, уютные комнаты, в которых есть даже гардеробные (что для NY - редкость!), рядом с отелем находится кафе с бюджетными ценами на завтраки

1. Отель всего 11-этажный в центре Manhattan, следовательно виды из окна достаточно неприглядны, нет ощущения парения и свободы:-)) 2. Душевая в ванной комнате, включая душ, ты всегда окатываешься водой:-((

Me encantó la filosofia del Hotel, es de escritores, cada habitación tiene un breve escrito de algún autor y su firma. En gran parte del hotel se pueden observar firmas y fotos de escritores... en fin, me encantó! Es muy confortable, aunque pequeño, pero la habitación es bella y el baño espectacular!

Situación y trato del personal del hotel.

Deben especificar que no disponen de habitaciones donde incluir una cama supletoria. Sólo es posible una tercera persona en una habitación, si esta es una suite o junior suite. Aunque te confirmen lo contrario, si es posible una tercera persona en una habitación doble, esto no es cierto. Al realizar la reserva, solicite confirmación de la disponibilidad de la cama supletoria y no me contestaron hasta que estuve en la recepción y me dijeron que no era posible.

Staff were a pleasure to deal with.

Design of newly redone rooms is lovely, but finishes a bit cheap--howe dot bathroom fixtures wobbly, etc. Restaurant menu could be better for an upscale place. Very expensive for what one gets--nice facility, good location, but few facilities, mediocre restaurant.

Thank God for the small heater in the bathroom Free bottle of water in the room. Free coffee and tea in the lobby Till 10 am. Beautifully renovated in one of a kind design. Windows that could open. Very, very close to everything.

There was was heating in the room. The temperature control would go till 25Celsius, but with the fan on it stayed cold. No hot water or tea bags after 10 am. Only coffee. The wireless almost never worked inside the room. We had to stand outside in the hall near the stairs/ elevator to get signal. Once theere was connection, it frequently got cut off. 9 out of the 10 times the doorman was not there to open the door. Even at the hotel 4 numbers further down they would open the door for us every time we took a shortcut through that hotel. The concierge was hardly there. We explored the broadway shows etc by ourselves,
