Great location. Friendly, attentive staff. Good value for the money. Room smelled very musty. Continental breakfast contained weak coffee, moldy bagels, and stale donuts. I understand this is the off season but this is unacceptable.

The bed was very uncomfortable. I had a terrible nights sleep. The room also had a strong odor to it that bothered me.

Very large room with huge bed and kitchen area. Handy for Cape Cod and Plymouth.. Room serviced but bed not made on one night of our stay. Walls appeared freshly decorated but doors and skirting needed painting.

We were able to get into our room earlier to get ready for a 2PM wedding. We were very appreciative of their effort to accommodate us. And we made it to the ceremony on time.

The room had a distinct musty odor to it. Mattress was older & too soft. Bathroom needed a thorough cleaning & painting. The window air conditioner did not work properly. It turned on & off all night. This motel needs a complete overhall. I would not recommend it.

Beds were comfortable and clean bathroom was nice and clean-sanitary location was convenient to get places There is a musty smell in the room that we couldnt even stay in until we went to christmas tree shops and bought some candles and left for about an hour to be able to stand it. Breakfast option was only cereal and toast that should have at least a waffle maker or something

Availability in the top summer season. Reasonable continental breakfast. Too noisy. Too near to a very busy roundabout/rotary. Poor swimming pool. No other amenities.

It was very convenient to where we needed to be, a bit steep priced but it's on-season at the Cape so it was still the least expensive. It was old but still clean and the front desk service was very good. My daughter loved the pool.

It had rooms available at short notice. Decor was dated, dreary, and dark. Air conditioning had not been on when I checked into the room, and it took a long time for the room to cool and dehumidify. Overall, the room gave me the creeps and should have been priced to reflect this.

My family and I (Myself, my 40 year old son and his two young boys, and my 16 year old son) really enjoyed our stay. I booked this suite at the last minute when we had a chance to get away. I needed a place with room for all of us and had a limited budget. I was unsure at first what I would find when I got there because of some of the negative reviews; but when I arrived I was pleasantly surprised! The suite was clean and comfortable (the beds as well)! The kids loved it and were jumping up and down with excitement when we got there! Having breakfast included and the little kitchenette to store and prepare food for lunch enabled me to save money on my trip. The children were thrilled with the pool, especially since it rained on our first two days and we couldn't hit the beach. I had a hard time getting them out of it. The staff were great; friendly and helpful! They gave us ample towels for everyone, and there were also towels provided at the pool. I would definitely stay here again! The only thing I would improve would be having a little more variety at breakfast (maybe some fresh fruit). I have had better breakfasts at hotels, but of course I paid more to stay at those places as well, so it's a trade-off. The kids were happy with what was provided, so that is what matters! They had the usual bagels, donuts, and danish; as well as juices, coffee and cereal. Also, hard boiled eggs.

The staff was pleasant and friendly. The location was quiet. No rowdy "party goers" to put up with. The pool was extremely clean and refreshing. The location for me was only a mile or less away from a good friend who lives in the Cape. I thought the room could have been a bit on the cleaner side. There was some foreign particle matter on the back of the bathroom sick that should have been wiped off. The coffee maker tray was empty. The only coffee there was what was left over from the previous guests. That was a huge turn off for me. Should have been stocked with fresh coffee packets not someone's left overs.

Close to the Bourne Bridge, that is why we choose it. The Manager was not very cooperative to our concerns. Hot tub was off due to only 20% of the rooms rented. Asked for first floor, no stairs and we were given a room with four stairs. The manager was plain RUDE.

My daughter loved the pool and I was pleasantly surprised by the nice continental breakfast. The price of the room was very high for the area. I did not realize how far away from everything we were.

I selected this hotel for location ... I was in town for a road race approx 12 miles away on Cape Cod. While the location suited my needs for one night, I would never stay here again or reccomend that anyone else do so. I am not a fussy person and am amused by some of the things people complain about but this "hotel" is disgusting..... The filth around the mini fridge and microwave was caked on.... And it was many many months (if not years) since anyone cleaned that area. The room had a wall unit ac that was either not working or intentionally shut off to save money. The breakfast room was dirty and the donuts and bread were definitely not fresh. We called the desk about the ac and they came to look at it and did nothing. My husband (who never complains) was very upset and went to the desk the following morning and we were told they would be contacting us.... It's been 2 days.... No call. If this were some cheap $100 room I could almost deal...but at twice that....the condition were inexcusable.

It was convenient, right off the bridge, although the rotary was a bit difficut. The maid service did not show up until the afternoon, even though the hotel was only 1/4 full. Room was relatively clean, although I found a dead bug of some sort on the table. The refrigerator needed to be turned to the highest setting to keep anything cold and the tv did not have any young child approriate channels.
