You got what you paid for. No ice machine, no continental breakfast, no pool, no amenities except a packet of shampoo and conditioner, and a bar of soap. All furnishings appear to be second hand from an office supply store, which I didn't mind, but the chairs needed to be cleaned as did the carpet. All towels were clean but threadbare.
I just needed a place to stay between business appointments. The bedding was clean as was the bathroom. It was the lowest rate available, and suited my needs. The facility was clearly a work in process. New doors with hardware, granite counter for the sink and tub linings, and new vinyl windows. There was also a small flat screen TV, refrigerator and microwave.
