The lobby and modern appeal
Lots of noise outside the room, you hear everything!
The bed was comfortable, and the view was nice.
I didn't like the shower (the glass only covers half the width of the shower; granted, it's a large shower, but still, I would have preferred that it all be enclosed). Also, the hotel clerk did not write our room number clearly, so we had to go back downstairs to ask for our room number again. And, there was a clothing boutique in the lobby that was supposed to be open until 6:00 p.m., but it closed early. I wanted to go downstairs and buy a dress around 5:30 p.m., but they were already closed and no one would open it.
The best thing about this was the room. I was in felt like it was a luxurious places to stay nice modern look and feel about it. The rooftop bar was great, with a nice view of the beach. I would consider it in the summer time if the rooms are priced right or your staying in the area. You don't need to be staying in the hotel to go to the rooftop bar
No parking lot to park, you would have to try to get a spot near the hotel/beach area or valet the car or park it yourself a block away in the neighborhood. The bed was hard as a rock and I woke up with a terrible back ache. I went in February and I was on the sixth floor in a room facing the neighborhood and it was really windy. It was so loud hitting the hotel, you can hear it consistently through out the night. The worse of it all was the window didn't have a secure lock just a way to close it, so three times in middle of the night the wind blew the window open as I was sleeping. It felt like I was being haunted.
the whole experience
Michael Tavormina....he's the man....'nuff said.
The hotel location and the view of the ocean was the best.
No, wifi in the rooms, very noisy at night time till 2:00 am people in hall ways.
Extremely clean, welcoming and enthusiastic morning staff, nice view of the water, large rooms, large bathrooms!
We had to sign a contract forbidding food deliveries and outside alcohol for the duration of our stay which was unfortunate, because it was 20 degrees outside, and we did not plan on going back out for dinner. When we got to our room, it was freezing. The thermostat was clearly broken, so on our way out to dinner, we asked if someone could please take a look at it. The guy at the desk said no problem. When we got back, he told us our room was perfectly fine, but it clearly was not! When we called downstairs, he said he'll send someone up, and after waiting in the hall for 20mins, for maintenance while speaking to another guest who informed us there was no heat in most of the rooms on the floor, we went downstairs in a rage. Someone else thankfully helped us, and we got our room changed with no problem. I must say the staff the next morning was extremely informative and helpful. Unfortunately we missed out on a stellar night at their lounge/bar. (The night shift left that part out)
We loved the bar, and comfort of bed and room
Wish the food overall (rest, bar and breakfast) was better, front desk was great, need more towels in room and pillows
staff was excellent. helped us get out ahead of the snow storm.
Good staff, clean hotel.
Park my commercial pick up truck. I hope they can come up with a better plan.
Everyone was courteous and extremely helpful. The rooms were nice clean and comfortable and the view was amazing.

Dog barking in middle of night. Kids running in halls screaming knocking on doors
Been there many times. Like the place, even some rooms show signs of being worn out. New gym opening hours.
Very helpful and friendly staff. If the weather is nice the beach and boardwalk are so calming.
Small room, cheap furniture and if you move anything from it's place it's very dusty underneath. Would also be helpful if there was a coffee maker in the room.
1Excellent Location, 2. Very Clean 3.Comfortable, 4.Secured feeling 5. quiet
1.No free Continental Breakfast with stay 2.Bathroom has no Countertop for personal items 3.Parking issue 4.We wanted 1/2 hour at 4:00 P.M. post our check out of 11:00 AM to change / dress up for our that evening party BUT they asked us additional 1/2 day charge. We refused and had to do in public bathroom - not friendly
I love this hotel and wish I had booked an extra night. Stayed one night after a nye party in Long Beach and Fell in Love. I was given a suite with a Great view Champagne and Chocolate covered strawberries. The staff is wonderful. I can't wait to go back.
The room was cold and it wouldn't warm up no matter what and heater was not working in the bedroom so the best thing was keeping warm under the covers.
Clean and tidy. Aside from such a beautiful hotel the staff are super friendly
The look of the hotel outside was very nice, as well as its lobby, bar and restaurant. The room appearance at a first glance was nice as well.
This hotel nickle and dined you for everything. They don't allie you to bring any alcoholic beverages to the rooms, unless it purchased at their bar, and they don't allow any food deliveries from any outside vender, unless it their own restaurant. That being said, if you buy alcohol or food from them, it was extremely expensive I asked for a coke can, and they said they can deliver it to our room for a cost of $10. Really!!? They don't have any coffee available to make in the room, but you can order it for an expensive cost downstairs. The towels had stains on them, which the they came up and switched them without apologies. The bathroom wasn't cleaned very well, as a cap from the previous tenant was left in the shower, along with their hair. This hotel looks good from the outside, but needs to place the customer first and work on its inside more.
Parking guy very bad
Location great to visit family
Poor wifi and tv connection
The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to friends. I had a great time!
low water pressure in the shower
Clean, daily room cleaning, on ocean, breakfast in the restaurant
Phone and tv not working when checked in and no mention of outage by front desk and no compensation offered, extremely small room, mattress and pillows extremely hard, no glass or cup to rinse mouth, college quality refrigerator that did not get cold, no drinks in room
Right on the boardwalk and great view of the ocean.
The different categories of "views" I originally asked for an ocean view but got a beach view which had no view of the beach unless you twisted you head and tried to catch a glimpse of some tiny view if the beach. my window was facing an apartment building and should have been called " apartment building view" Of course once you check in to your room and realize you don't really have even a real beach view they try to hit you up for another $200. tricky so know exactly what you getting once you check in. Otherwise it is a great place in a great location.
