I have stayed here several times before. It is very neat and clean, breakfast is free and the coffee is always fresh and free!!
No Howard Johnson restaurant here, but Perkins is only 200 feet away...
The hotel looked terrible and the non-smoking room had a very strong smoke odor (I guess coming from the adjacent room). There was an argument between guests in the hall that kept us up all night. The hotel needs updating, wallpaper falling off the walls.
Good-sized room, nice hot tub/pool area, free continental breakfast but steps away from Perkins and Dunkin Donuts, easy access to Dorney Park and many of the local colleges
The noise was unbelievable! We were kept up both nights we were there by people talking so loudly right outside our door. People were yelling down the hallway at 4 in the morning and then having a heated conversation outside our room at 7:30 in the morning...it was awful. Also, only one of the outlets worked in our room, the shower was very dingy, and the person at the desk who helped us was not very friendly. Not a smile, nothing. It made me feel like I was bothering her by asking her to do her job. We booked this room because it was relatively inexpensive, and the location was perfect, but honestly, it was a rough experience and I don't think I would ever want to stay there again.
not much . adequate for one night only not expensive for a king size
needs a facelift
outside of building quite pretty
Inside a step up from a slum..Furniture in room poor quality and scratched up. Could not shower as tub water did not work. Breakfast room pathetic. We went to Perkins and paid for breakfast
Staff friendly and helpful
Breakfast was very disappointing. Very little choice of food. Dining area in lobby.
Location, pool, easy check out
People were rude as soon as we check in, room was old and dirty and light was broken entire time over sink. I would never recommend or never go back
Very unhappy and never recommend or go back. People at desk rude as soon as we check in and faculty dirty and old.
Close to where we needed to be and a affortable.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, very near dorney park & have a lot of places to grab a bite.
Sheets and towers were stained, the king room was small, the pool was coldddd, the hotel itself needs a lot of maintenance.
Location was very convenient, check in smooth and simple, room and bathroom adequately clean. WIFI simple and free.
Very uncomfortable beds and pillows, strange odors in the hall ways, lousy coffee, road nose form proximity to the highway. Manic HVAC system. Turn it down to freeze turn it up for the on/off experience
I Liked everything About the hotel
I did not like the limited breakfast items. i was disappointed there was no workout room, and no lounge.
pool was ok and found out later they had a shuttle to the park.
Description said across from Dorney Park it was actually over a half mile across the street. Busy road really couldn't walk with children. Soda vending machine broken. Hallways and room smelled musty. Hair on bathroom walls. Continental breakfast was not great frozen French toast and frozen bagels I guess you get what you get and don't get upset.????
GOOD PLACE TO STAY.QUIET AND FRIENDLY STAFF.EVERYTHING WAS FINE
The staff was very friendly
overall condition of the room. It needs an update in regards to maintenance.
Everything. All was pleasant.
More area for breakfast. Was not able to have a thing
Close to my location/Dorney Park.
I was overcharged by $30 on my final bill. The rate for the one night I stayed was already grossly overinflated because of a music festival that was in town so the extra $30 made my bill absolutely ridiculous. I was told that my credit card did not go through and that I had to present my card so they could run it there at which time my card went through and the overcharge occurred. The place was quite run down. The bathroom was not clean and the overall facility gave an appearance of not being maintained well. I also heard barking dogs down the hallway throughout the night (it appeared that a large family was living at the hotel). When I arrived, the young lady who was supposed to be working behind the desk was hanging out with a guy who appeared to be her boyfriend and dog in the front lobby. I will not be staying at this hotel again.
The staff was very pleasant.
The room was very small and the bathroom was very outdated and the bed was very uncomfortable to sleep in. Our son and granddaughter had a larger room but also found the beds to be uncomfortable. There was also an issue outside our rooms where the police had to be called.
Bed was comfortable. Housekeeping lady was wonderful.
Needs more options for breakfast. Pool was too cold. I wasn't the only one complaining.
That there wasnt a sink in the bathroom. Bathrooms were in need of an update.
Hot tub worked the first day! But didnt the next day! Turned on timer but no bubbles!
room was clean, staff was nice, continental breakfast was good. My family enjoyed our stay.
The location of this hotel was decent. It was near where we needed to be. The continental breakfast was OK.
The facilities were not very clean. There was a used bandaide with hair on it left on our lamp which was disgusting. The linens and bathroom were clean, but there were rips in the wallpaper. In addition, we were not able to pay cash for our room. It was automatically charged to my credit card. When I tried to inquire as to why I could not pay cash [as I had indicated when I made reservations on line], the front desk staff member was rude and kept interrupting me so badly I had to raise my voice and tell him to stop. I felt like I was talking to one of my children! He stated if I was going to pay cash, I needed to pay for the room upfront. WHAT? I was very displeased. He seemed unphased when I told him I would never stay here again, never recommend his hotel to anyone coming to the area and would be giving his hotel an unsatisfactory rating. This comment was "OK. Thank you and have a nice day." What kind of hospitality is that?
