Rooms were nice and clean. Not enough towels in the pool area for guests. The towel cupboard should have been filled before evening came.

The pool was nice and clean. The staff was polite and helpful. Our dog was allowed to stay with us at no extra charge which is very rare! The hotel is listed on your site as a Sheraton... Well, it is now a Days Inn and I would have appreciate the update on this major detail. Driving on a busy road looking for a Sheraton was a little frustrating until we saw a small sigh that mentioned the (former) Sheraton. The walls are super thin. Our room was near the ice machine and every time someone used it, it was really loud. Just people walking down the hall was noisy.Even though we were right across from the airport, we only heard a couple of planes and it was not bothersome.

The price!! Stayed at the hotels for the Heated pool but it wasnt. Food was not good maybe it was the fact that cooked my chicken wings wait they didnt the were raw!!!Love the four points sheraton just not the one in allentown my advice to anyone stay away!!

close to university which helped us in time. coffee machine only had one cup worth .... no fan in shower. Dark room. wet bar faucet was not put in right, water barely made it into the sink
