Price was good. Location. Bed was lumpy and bedding was scratchy. Shower head sprayed all over the bathroom.

Clean rooms, the evening check in staff were great in assisting me with checking in when they couldn't find my reservation at first, excellent customer service. Headboard on bed in my room 124 I stayed in had screws sticking out which stuck me in the head, when I told morning staff member at desk they didn't even offer an apology just said they would tell maintenance about it.

Room was very nice. Pool was nice. Breakfast wasn't bad. On a 1 to 10 scale I say an 8 Hot tub gross felt dirty after getting out. I was told they plqan on removing. Think thqt is a mistake. I look for places with hot tubs

The room I got was very spacious.The indoors pool worked well with the kids..The breakfast was good as well as the variety..It was close to everything. The lack of attention to customers complaints.On checkout day the housekeeper kept coming to the room well before checkout time..
