Not much Dirty big spot in the carpet. Room never really cleaned. Had to ask for and iron 3 times in 3 days. One day no coffe cups next day coffee cup no coffee. Had to ask for sampoo. Hallway Never vacuumed. Had a party in the main lobby with a DJ so loud that we were on the 4th floor and we could hear it went on after midnight NOT GOOD

Clean,rooms were very nice. Very modern looking hotel.staff was very friendly. Charge your credit card extra for "in case charges" had never heard of a hotel doing this,$313.00 bill charged an extra $111.87 on my card,said it would be refunded in 3-7 weeks,which I called my credit card and disputed this right away. Said it was for in case you charge anything to your room?thought that was why they have your credit card on file.

I like the friendly and helpful staff. The lounge area and bar is inviting and a good restaurant is right next door in the hotel. I like the room layout with space used creatively and effectively. ALSO the best USER friendly alarm clock !

The only thing that impressed me during our stay was the staff at the front desk. We had minimal interaction with two women who were very polite and seemingly knowledgeable. The facility was lacking in cleanliness. The bathroom door appeared to have what I hope was a make up smear on it, our sheets upon arrival were stained, and one of the "decor" pillows on the bed was ripped and very off-putting. When I asked the maid service to replace the sheets on our bed, I was given an attitude and the job was only half way done. I was told they were "out of the fitted sheets". The walls were paper thin, we could hear the slamming of everyone's door, as well as conversations from the room next to us. And prior to our departure, the fire alarm went off. My husband and I will certainly not be visiting aLOFT again in the future, and I will definitely NOT recommend this hotel to others. Very disappointing.

convienence to the airport. the rate was not bad. wish they had a cafe or something of that nature in facility. takes awhile for someone to finally answer the phone upon arriving at airport to get shuttle back to hotel. also the place needs tidying up alittle. also the rooms.

aLoft BWI is trendy and stylish, yet modest in terms of lavishness. That's fine for a convenient airport hotel. Much nicer than the others around, and quiet too. Free parking, internet, and airport shuttle is a plus.
