Contemporary design cleanliness friendly helpful staff

Noisy "room full " of kids next door playing with adjoining door and screaming well into the night finally called @11:00 staff seemed to effectively handle situation quoted down within the hour...good sesign not so great soundproofing!

The rooms were not the stagnant shape of most hotel rooms.

The separation between the lavatory/shower area and the rest of the room did not give one a feeling of privacy. It was a sliding mirrored door.

The friendliness of the staff, I also loved the way you had the connection ports for the TV, I think that was the neatess thing I have ever seen in a hotel,

I would have like to have seen a microwave in the room

It felt like I had entered the Jetsons cartoon. Thought the decor was wonderful.

The telephone in our room did not work so that we could not call the desk. Had to use our cell phone.

it was close to the navy base where my nephew had to report to duty.

Paper Thin walls. Where my nephew got to hear the couple in the next room having sex. Stated when he walked into the hotel. All he could hear was rap music blasting and it was after 11pm in the evening. When he went to the desk clerk to have his room changed. The clerk put him in the room right below the amourous couple. Finally he was moved to a room away from the noise. But by that time it was 6 in the morning. I booked the room for him because he was reporting to duty at the Navy Base the next day. Needless to say he had very little sleep. He had driven over 8 hours and instead of being able to get a good night sleep before reporting to duty. He had to listen to rap music and a couple being very amourous

Very nice hotal look forward to staying again.

Don't have any dislike.

The staff was helpful and courteous. The hotel itself was located well for restaurants and shopping. The fitness center had excellent equipment. The indoor pool was a benefit.

It was a nice and relaxing experience.

I didn't like the bathroom set up. The room was impossible to be alone in the bathroom as the sliding door was almost like not having a door.

the location is close to many businesses in chesapeake.

i did not like the staffs lack of attentiveness to clients requests. i had requested an early check in via; booking, phone call to reservations, stopping by front desk in the late morning. my wish was not met, nor was i contacted via phone number i had left. however, when i did check in at @4pm, many others were already on their room and relaxing in the bar area. i also resent having to sign a "no party document", and being charged $50.00 for any possible incidentials, which was later refunded to my C/C 3 days after i checked out. i will not reccomend Aloft to others, nor will I use them in the future.
