    Charles at the front desk was very nice and got me checked in promptly. I really like the modern decor. Slept soundly. Would highly recommend Aloft.

    Nothing not to like.

    Staff was very friendly

    I had 7 rooms booked. One of our people was awakened twice the first night by someone else trying to enter the room. Water leaked from the shower onto the bathroom floor in all 7 rooms. I had to repair the arm on the office chair to keep it from falling off. Had to repair the toilet paper holder so it would work properly. Usually stay next door at the Residence Inn and for a lower room rate receive a full hot breakfast. aLoft prices for food was out of line. Also while sitting in the lobby waiting for the rest of our people, water started leaking from the ceiling. Response from the staff was "there it goes again". Found out it was coming from one of our 7 rooms.

    Location, bed, desk staff

    Customer computer did not work to pre check in and print boarding passes ( this is 3 of 3 times this happened at this Aloft Airport transport van was late; several customers were forced to take taxi; driver insisisted to drop us off at Arrivals, not departure, forcing us to walk a long distance and ask for directions to get to our carrier. We barely made our flight. I'm sure an older couple in that van missed their flight as it was too far for them to walk and get there in time.

    Convenient location.

    When we arrived late at night, the front desk told us that our king room was ready. Unfortunately we had booked a room with 2 queens since there were 4 of us traveling. When I replied that a king room would not work, the young woman did not know what to do. She said this was the only room left in the hotel because a group of softball players had taken all the other rooms. She then said that Booking.com had sent the wrong room request and she could not fix it. I asked for the manager and he tried to find us a room in another hotel, but there were none nearby. While he was calling other hotels, another party arrived who had booked a room with 2 queen beds and was also told that they had a king and that the booking company had sent the wrong request. I felt like they had given all of the queen rooms to the softball players and figured that a group who indicated they would arrive late at night would either accept a king room or not show. There was no way 4 of us could fit in a king bed so eventually I asked the manager to go to Walmart and get two air mattresses for my daughters. He did this and we were able to sleep for the night, which we appreciated. My daughter contacted Aloft on Twitter for help to resolve the problem and during that process they said they would send an email the next day asking for more details and to make sure everything had worked out. I never heard from them. In the end I was left with the feeling that no one cared if we ever stayed at Aloft again. There was certainly no discount in the price for the fact that my daughters were sleeping on air mattresses instead of a bed.

    Wonderful bed AND pillows, plenty of outlets for electronics and our room was very clean.

    No soap in the guest laundry dispensers, or a change machine. Hallways seemed a little less spotless than usual.

    Hip vibe, very relaxed, availability of technology if you needed it...

    Room could have been a tad cleaner...bartender had zero personality.

    Newer hotel, comfortable.

    Problem with being doubled billed and staff never called back. Called several times and could not talk to anyone in billling, left 4 messages for manager and still have not heard back from them and problem is still unresolved after a month! Very disappointing and will probably not stay there again due to this reason. You can't be in the hotel business and ignore your customers. Disappointed in management!

    I like the free shuttle too and from the airport. I also like the decor and cleanliness of the place.

    I didn't like that I wasn't aware of lack of ice machines on each floor. I also didn't like the slow service provided by the clerk. The systems was down. I wasn't provided with a receipt on my check out.

    Staff was all excellent. The rooms were nice and tidy.

    Very dirty and rooms in bad condition. Lumpy mattress, ripped and frayed carpets. Worst hotel I have been in a long time. Stay away!!!!

    The hotel did not receiving our reservation through Booking.com, so they had no record - however, the manager created a new reservation and honored the price given by booking.com. The staff and bar tender are very nice.

    You can tell that the hotel was pretty hip when it was new, however, the lobby furniture and decor shows wear and tear. The room was nice, but our shower door would not shut tight, so we constantly had to soak up the water ourselves.

    Room was wonderful, staff overall did well, great decor, was very clean

    only one elevator working, which isnt a big deal, but when one set of steps only leads to the outside, is very inconvenient, especially when we are having to wait ten minutes for elevator, also I booked through this site and they double charged me for some reason???? She was nice about it but I dont get it...

    The front desk staff was friendly and greeted us and even gave us complimentary items...

    There was no complimentary breakfast...The parking spaces were all taken up every night. Too many teenage kids out of control, we had about dozen teenage kids get on the elevator with my family of four and two or three other adults already in there....For the price, the amenities and quality of the hotel did not meet my expectations....I've stayed at the Omni Interlocken for just over 100/night and they are a wayyyy better place in every aspect....

    Location near to DIA and I70. Near several good restaurants most notably Ted's Montana Grill. Shuttle to DIA was a plus. Checkin was quick. Very clean.

    Bed was not comfortable.

    absolutely loved the room design and the huge windows looking out over this city

    I didn't like how much it cost to have breakfast lunch snacks etc
