Quick and easy; really liked the room design. The staff was accessible and friendly, but also non-intrusive. Overall, a strong recommend.

The pillows seem old, past their prime.

Everything, employees were very nice. Told us places we should visit.

The fitness center!

Rooms felt very close and closed in! Installation in the rooms poor, could hear lots of hallway noise as well as outside!

I liked that it was right off the interstate and that shopping facilties were near-by.

I did not like that i had to call to have washcloths brought to our room on the second night. I didnt like that the bathrooms dont have exhaust fans and i didn't like that the bathrooms dont have traditional doors. The mattresses were VERY uncomfortable and both me and my husband experienced back pain as a result.

It was clean, inviting, made me feel important, ammenities, a very nice surprise

Did not feel like room had been cleaned. Shower floor & walls had skum/film. Felt room could use major cleaning.

Shower and water pressure were excellent.

Rooms are small, not very clean. Design is flawed; TV mounted too high. Noise from courtyard below even on 5th floor. Air conditioner noise is almost unbearable.

The room was small and not very inviting. No towels in room when we arrived, called front desk and they came right up with them... the hotel was very loud and lots of traffic.

Easy to get to hotel, modern retro look and feel

Enjoyed the design of the hotel, very sharp clean and rooms well laid out. We stayed one night, close to JAX, great price. Will watch for others as we travel now.

This is a pretty well updated hotel for the price. Room was very comfortable and pretty cheap. Nice for the price.

It wasn't cleaned that well. There was an old shopping bag in the room placed as if that should be used as a garbage bag. Also, I had issues with the smoke detector. It would go off when I showered. I had to uninstall the smoke detector while showering to prevent that from happening. The mirrors weren't even fogged when the smoke detector went off. Also, we booked a two bed hotel and the hotel didn't have that reservation. They had no more double rooms so my friend had to get a separate room. This seems to be a booking.com issue though.

not much - staff was nice but didn't get my problem fixed with my tv remote missing batteries and left over trash in my trash can in my room when I checked in.

i liked the set up of the room, location of the hotel, the bar, fitness center, pool table, swimming pool, and a lot more..... staffing was great

the only thing i didnt like was how the shower made a mess with the amount of water that was on the floor of the bathroom..... i wish it a jacuzzue or a tube with jets / shower would of been nicer

I had a very unfavorably experience with my room. I was put in room 303 and I had a problem with flying bugs all over the room. I alerted the staff and was told that the room had been sprayed down the day prior and that 303 was the only room they were having a bug problem with. I was given another room but was very unhappy with being put in a room which had had a bug problem to begin with.

Enormously noisy heater/cooler system in the room so much so that it interrupts sleep.

Location to airport

The only thing I wasn't happy about is how websites always give you a rate and then you still pay 30-40$ more then what the rate is. I understand taxes sometimes aren't accounted for but it's like false advertising when it says 94$ and you get charged 130$

Bathroom and shower were filthy including stain spots, as mentioned to receptionist the following morning. Makes me wonder if it would be wise to stay in your Halifax hotel, which is closer to home. .

Different style.

Bathroom floors appear worn and dirty. Beds not so comfortable.

Has a very northern European look and feel. Very modern and efficient. I loved this hotel.
