In Boston's waterfront district, this hotel is a 5-minute walk from the harbor. Harborside Inn has free Wi-Fi, a free movie library and modern rooms with a DVD player.

Nice spacious room, good facilities and very helpful staff. Complimentary shuttle bus was very useful.
Don't need music playing everywhere
Compared to prices in Boston really good hotel for the money. Nice gym and swimming pool
We had a room with a king bed. The modern décor contained a lot of ideas. It was fun to try out a different way of living.
The bathroom door was hung from a track and was hard to slide.
All of the Staff at the Lexington were extremely helpful, considerate and friendly. I need to make an extra special mention about Alison (Not quite sure if this is right) Di Cenzio? All week she was helpful, courteous and friendly, I feel like I made a friend for life staying at your hotel!
the prices of the drinks at the bar :)
Clean, modern design hotel. Friendly employees. Value for money. Approximately to highways, downtown Boston and surrounding beautiful historical towns.
Wish breakfast was included.
This is where we grew to like Aloft hotels. I'm a Starwood member and have never stayed at either Aloft or Element but I loved it. Clean, comfortable room with nice details, quiet stay (just for the night), a good location (right off the highway but nicely hidden), and a great staff.
Having to leave their shower behind.
Housekeeping attempting to enter my room at 9 am I was told it was my job to put out a do not disturb sign. Checkout time is 12 noon. Told that was the way they do things. By the way I was told after the fact I shouls have known to put out a sign because they need that much time to clean the rooms.
Contempary hip feel. Bartender a plus. Hotel has a no frills approach that feels crisp rather than stingy. Clerk changed my room easily and cheerfully.
Hallways to rooms are really long, desolate, dark, and creepy, esp for women alone. Hate to sound like a fogy, but the inescapable techno music in all public spaces was too loud. Need more bar food choices. Not much staff around.
Restaurants were very hard to find
This is a wonderful staff. The facilities were very clean. It was very comfortable.
I was hoping for more dinning options. The choice of music in the common areas was poor.
Room concept with sliding door for bathroom. Open shower. Ambiance of the hotel and lobby in particular. Nice bar with decent menu. Close to highway.
Very overpriced grocery items at cafe. No microwave in the room. But can be found in the lobby. Quite far from any store (grocery etc.)
The decor was really modern and inviting with clean lines and vintage touches. Loved the nice, big shower. The view out our (first) room was divine. It was a very short drive to just about any historical site in Lexington and Concord that you'd want to visit.
Our air conditioner broke late our first night, making loud noises and waking up my husband and I. We did our best to ignore it for the night since we had to be up early to head to Walden Pond. The next night, we asked them to fix it. They did give us a new room, but since we only stayed for the weekend, it was a hassle to have moved. There was also a very large stain on the floor in our first room. Most of the staff were very friendly, but the girls at the front desk seemed very judgemental of my husband and I when we arrived in jeans and t-shirts after a 6 hour drive through the rain. They were very rude to us, but very nice to the other customers before and after us in line who were obviously dressed to the nines and had not had to travel very far.
Great location for seeing historical sites in Lexington and Concord.
Pool was clean and warm Room was large and clean Perfect location for sightseeing
I liked the hotel itself, it has great amenities and it is really well kept. The staff is very nice also. The room was big and met our needs.
I didn't like that our room was very far from elevator. Also shower door has a gap at bottom and water gets all over floor. Otherwise it is a very nice place and worth the money.
The shower didnt work. We could only get scalding hot water. You would think that a nice hotel would not have this type of problem. We had to change rooms (to a handicap shower) and walk up a down the hallways in a mess in order to get ready for our event. No one really seemed to care that.
Cleanliness and convenience to highway.
Need more hooks to hang towels Music blasting in elevators
I would definitely stay again. Very satisfied
Convenience since we were visiting family.
The shower The breakfast setup
The personnel was caring for our every needs, it was more than excellent. Welcoming, warm, funny, etc. All those qualities applies. The re:mix area was superb, the wxyz bar is wonderful to have right there in the lobby: we could take one beer on the town then drive to the hotel and finish the evening in the lobby talking. Furthermore, I'd like to add that being a young couple (a gay couple I might add), we're usually given the stink eye upon arrival by hotel personnel. They think we'll be loud and we'll party and disturb the peaceful equilibrium of the hotel or something, I dunno. But this time it was wonderful from check in to check out.
The staff was helpful and friendly.
The lack of a restaurant was the main deterrent. The bar is the only option and after long days, loud techno music and bar food wasn't preferable. Also the room was nice but the two windows were closely adjacent to a driveway. So it was impossible to have privacy and natural light simultaneously.
I felt cool. Good value. I wish I could stay longer.
The atmosphere was very inviting and the beds were comfortable.
The TV sucked, there was only a few channels and they kept cutting out. Also, for the cost I was hoping for a breakfast. Instead I had to pay for a horrible egg sandwich.
