where shall I begin..we chked into hotel N were given keys to an occupied room! because of delay getting settled in another rm we were late for our family graduation dinner. that night we order bfast for the next morning. the next morn it was not ready at 7:30 as requested. we were told the paper with our order was 'turned over' so no one saw it! we had A graduation ceremony to attend so we didn'T hv time for them to prepare our hot bfast so we just grabbed something. when we arrived bk that night to take A shower only 1 set of towels was in our rm!we hv stayed at starwoods resorts many times, including the st regis in nyc N this experience was shocking N disappointing. oftentimes there was no one at the desk to ask questions or request something.the service to put it mildly was sketchy!

Very hip and modern. Very nice accommodation for the price.

Location can't be found on Garmin. No room service. Bartender very unattentive. Staff not helpful.

Everything can be easy managed and self directed.

I liked the activity and atmosphere in the lobby; very comfortable

The power went out while I was in the middle of getting ready to go out for my birthday (the reason for the whole trip)! I was unable to do my hair or my makeup and had to make do-I was not a happy girl and it took away from the highlight of my trip.

Friendly and aproachable staff willing to go xtra mile

Power outage sat may 4 2013 just showered had to get dressed in hallway with unironed clothes.........

Pet policy

Noisy, too many people partying on floor/stumbling around drunk.

I really liked this hotel. It was very clean and the view from our window was very nice with pretty mountains. My husband, 10 yr old child, and dog stayed here for 1 night, 2 days. It was comfortable.

I was running late and called them to secure my room. I was behind about 5 hours. The person I spoke to said not to worry, that she had noted it but when I arrived they had marked me as a no show and the front desk lady had to do a new reservation for me. It was a bit disappointing and after a 7 hr drive, I was impatient and ready for my room to be ready.

Not much.

The toilet in our room stopped working twice. We weren't given enough towels. They never had the food on the menu that we wanted to order. The pool is in the shade all day. We tried to check out 2 days early, but were told we would lose the money we already paid. We actually considered still moving and paying the extra money, this is how bad it was. Will never return to this hotel again.....

Computer system slow as hell.I Had to make 3 reservations to stay 6 consecutive days.. N got only 4 green cards.... Short changed....ill give it another shot

Beds were not that comfortable, bed pillows were terrible. For the same price I got a much much nicer room elsewhere and much more comfortable with a free breakfast.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Well laid out for business use.

Overpriced food.

The staff were always very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The little snack bar was a wonderful convenience. We loved the modern feeling of the hotel.
