Close to airport.
Not a particularly safe area.
Location and amenities.
Great place to stay. Enjoyed the pool table in the lobby, and the friendly staff. The room was very comfortable and clean. Will definitely stay again.
staff friendly, shuttle service, the way the bathroom was set up, modern feel, slept very good, like the soap and shampoo in the dispensers
no ice machines, had to go to lobby to get ice(we were on the 5th floor), pool not heated and more of a splash pool, if you are there more than 24 hours, WiFi costs, no liners in trash cans. elevator is very dark
your staff should be reprimanded and either fired or put on temporary LEAVE THE BATHROOM IN THE LOBBY WAS DISGUSTING AND NEEDED TO BE CLEANED WHEN I WENT INTO THE STALL I COULD NOT BELIEVE WHAT I WAS SEEING ...
Nice and clean place for overnight sleeping, very modern and comfortable. Close to common highways and Sky Harbor airport. Ruby Tuesday (till 10 p.m.) right beside the hotel.
I prefer motels when traveling US, but this hotel is OK
Clean and modern
Laud & ice cold airco blowing directly in the face. Could not sleep.
I always love the super modern style. There are many aspects in the rooms that I want in my home.
No breakfest is included. I was able to go to the airport a bit early and get a great breakfest there.
Pleasant staff and quiet room.
Amazing pillows! Best hotel bed ever. Facilities are hip and don't look like a chain - seem much more upscale than a hotel with so many branches worldwide. Good price!
Fan/AC was extremely loud. Desk staff in the morning was a little curt. Hard to tell whether the food set out was for sale or free.
Loved the design of the hotel. Spacious room and very comfortable bed. Easy to reach from the airport on the free monorail which stops just across the street.
Small complaint - paper coffee cups in the room but it seems most hotels are going this way.
The location was great! Very quiet, really didn't need a rental car with the train and airport so close. We only stayed a day - and for a wedding. It was perfect - very modern.
The only thing that absolutely was terrible was the bed! The feather comforter was lumpy, the mattress curved towards the head of the bed and was bumpy. Couldn't sleep.
I liked the design of the rooms and the public areas as well as the proximity to the light rail and sky train and 24/7 shuttle to the airport.
The only 'didn't like' thing was a faint doggy odor in the hallways that I picked up just once during the stay. My room was odorless, as was the lobby and when I book again, I'd include a comment about requesting a room that didn't smell like dog--its one of those things that's hard to control because you get used to it and then don't notice it, but I'm not a dog owner, so that would be an issue in future. I do like dogs though, so seeing them in the lobby and hallways was a pleasant surprise.
modern hotel, well located for airport friendly efficient staff and pleasant rooms.
It was different decorate from other hotels I've had stay at... Very nice... Different is always good...
Little expensive, would'nt be able to stay more then one day... Would love to afford to stay more then one day...
The staff was great, shuttle driver so helpful picking up and dropping us off at the airport and dinner and car rental. Reasonable breakfast for the price. Very clean. Would stay again.
Shuttle transportation at 4.30 am to the airport was excellent
window could not be opened - I do not like air-condition
Very up to date with a bar
We Liked the welcoming from the Staff...Definitely liked the Bar and The Pool Table in The lobby...They Also had healthy items you could purchase instead of leaving the Hotel food was great...
I Only had one Complaint and that was The Amount of Spider webs and spiders I had in our room...We think because it was a Corner room next to the exit door they went in..But Maintenance need to Do more Cleaning..
Everything we like it
The look, the feel, the facilities, the overall vibe was very accommodating. My son and Hubby chilled over a game of pool while my daughter and I got ready to catch the light rail just across the street. Perfect location.
Shower pressure lacked and bathroom felt a bit lacking in privacy with the pocket door, but if it had been only two of us; that would have been fine.
Flat Screen Great Beds Tiled, walk-in shower Lots of plug-ins for re-charging WiFi Parking Spot is 2 Blocks Away-5 min. from airport.
Dinky coffee machine which is typical--would like free coffee in lobby.
Loved the bedrooms and their layout. The hotel was lush and the housekeeping staff was very friendly. The workout room was the best I'd seen in all my hotel stays.
The lobby wasn't laid out in a normal fashion and when we checked in the attendent gave us no details whatsoever. Also, the elevators were dark and slippery (after the pool) and weren't my favorite. It was not as easy to buy food at the hotel as other places and I think it's because prices weren't listened nor was it said where to pay for things.
Everything else was great!
You need more glassware at the bar, especially wine glasses. I HATE to be told I need to use a rocks glass to drink wine because they only have 5 on hand. I can honestly say I have never heard that excuse in 28 years of traveling.
