The room temperature was hard to control. Got cold, then hot and air blew on one side of the room.

Water too soft; soap hardly gets off.

Proximity to any local attractions whatsoever. A bit pricey for what you get.

The room was designed well. Blinds blacked out the light, air conditioner worked, shower was great, bed and pillows comfy, and lots of waist high flat surfaces for opening a bag and rummaging through it.

The hotel was clean and user friendly. They have a REAL breakfast as well as "comfort" food. The staff was courteous and helpful.

Good customer service. Excellent decor. Good facilities in room and in foyer.

Location ... near airport and light train. Well appointed.

Modern design

Noisy, noisy, noisy--room was above the lounge that played music all night long--even though no patrons were in the bar! I called the desk to say that my room was too loud to sleep in. Next morning I said that I was moving to a hotel where I could sleep. I was never even offered another room at Aloft. I was then told I would have to pay for my one night's stay in cash and could not be provided with a receipt since I was not staying for the full three nights that I had booked! What? ! ! !

Tough place to get into. Not much around-felt very isolated and it was noisy with the trains. Not a very warm atmosphere-contemporary can be warm if done nicely.

This is a great little hotel! By little, I don't mean small, it's that they aim to give you a very comfortable stay in a nice place with a cool atmosphere without any pretensions . Oh, and did I mention, It's a great value! I'm not sure what else is available near the airport in Phoenix, but the next time I'm there, I'll be puttin' my head down at the Aloft!

Noise level in room from street/auto/tram/train/planes. Too much to get any rest

Love how convenient the location is. Facilities are great, and rooms are perfect! Loved the groovy feel of the entire hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful as well. I travel A LOT with my two dachshunds and it's so hard to find a hotel that accepts dogs. Aloft welcomes them with NO charge at all and with a cute little doggie package. Thanks again! Will definitely be coming back as I am in Phoenix a lot!

The wifi and the service on the television was a bit spotty and choppy. Other than that, nothing. =)

Breakfast options quite poor

I loved the free transfers to/from airport plus to a fantastic breakfast location. They could not help us enough. Well done and if we ever in Phoenix again, we will be seeing you.

It would have rated 110% if they had a restaurant on site but that wasn't a bad thing as Ruby Tuesdays is right next door and the hotel is willing to transfer you to other restaurants that are close by.

The hotel was very clean and loved the design of the room. Beds were comfy. Shuttle to and from airport was a bonus. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

We know it's an airport hotel but it was pretty far away from town.

Very retro design, my older children that were with us loved it and so did we. Really liked the pool table next to the bar with alot of comfortable seating. The rooms were very clean and all the amenities were there. Would stay there again in a heart beat.

Would liked if the pool was enclosed but that is it!
