The price

The noise isolation is not too good.

The staff was so nice. They were even willing to personally drop me off at my job interview instead of having me call a cab!

The room was always either too hot or too cold. The tv in my room didn't work.

Bed was too soft, but I slept well.

Once we were helped, most of the staff was really nice and helpful. Rooms were extremely clean.

Stood at check-in counter for quite a few minutes without being acknowledged. Gabby was not very personable/friendly. Odor of cleaner in room upon check-in was very strong, and borderline nauseating.

Location was great. Room was cozy. Shower was awesome. Really liked that it was located close to shopping and eating areas. Didn't have to drive to find a restaurant. Close to a Catholic Church which was a Big plus for us.

I like the style and design, the rates were comfortable.

What i didn't like was that there was no complimentary breakfast, or a hot tube. For a hotel like this there should have been a free hot breakfast, and with such style a juccuzi hot tub

Love love love this hotel! The staff was amazing and room super trendy. Bed was comfy and loved the layout. Great use of space and not the ordinary hotel room look! You guys nailed it! Te restaurant had the BEST sliders I have ever had! Room service was fast!

The ammenities, it looked very hip and sleek.

There wasn't a continental breakfast included in the fee. Everything was a cost.

Bed was comfy, room was quiet. Liked recycling and coffee/tea/bath products left in room.

Front desk staff at check in was disaffected, impatient and rude. Building layout was confusing, as was parking situation. Half empty drinks (booze) were strewn all over lobby when I arrived, which was gross.

Everyone was so friendly and went above and beyond to help with anything.

The shower had some grime in it :(

Friendly staff, atmosphere. Suited our needs perfectly. Short stay in town for four college baseball games in three days so not much time at hotel. Liked the location. Drove into town to enjoy the Riverwalk dining (Boudro's is the place) one night but then got away from it.- Too crazy for us.

A/c unit auto fan setting did not work, fan ran all the time which was not necessary in March.

Simplicity of accommodations with great functionality

There was no lock on bathroom and no real privacy in bathroom.

The pool and lounge areas were wonderful. My 8 and 3 year old son favorite part of their trip over the zoo and sea world was hanging out at the hotel.

The pool ran out of towels and we were always one towel short in the room.

Was great room. Comfortable bed. Nice bar

Close to airport, clean, & reasonably priced.

Seems cheaply made. Stains on walls, air conditioning unit not placed correctly for good a flow.

Hotel is centrally located and close to the airport. The bed was comfortable though the mattress pad continually rolled up and off the mattress. There was free parking available.

The room was not clean. The night stands were dirty with sticky spills and there was hair on the bathroom floor and sink. The refrigerator didn't work. We had to have our room keys re-keyed every day of our 3 night stay. The person at the desk told us that they thought we were checking out every day of our stay so they turned off our keys. The maid forgot to leave new bath towels and tissue on the 2nd morning of our stay. The common areas needed to be cleaned. The hotel was not well maintained or cleaned.
