Very clean, efficient - new concept, no nonsense. Our room location was quiet. Pleasant rooms-new, nice workout facility. Need a restaurant? Walk across the parking lot to the Westin! I liked everything

Staff was great. Rooms were clean and good motif. Full parking lot, one set of elevators on the far side of the building, and paying for parking when we stayed the night.

The beds were very comfortable, the room has a large desk area and a mini-fridge which is great. Shower excellent and good lighting in the bathroom. The hallways were noisy - kids running made so much noise slamming their feet on the ground. Need better floors that don't make so much noise.

The location was convenient, and an engineering degree is not needed to operate the alarm clock. Couldn't operate the thermostat.

Convenience to airport and free shuttle bus, staff very friendly lovely location on the bay with beaut views free wifi a bonus No teaspoon in room also unaware of the extra taxes on top of the hotel cost

Absolutely awesome and that is before taking into consideration that this is an airport hotel. Room design was great. Brand new and super clean. Great bathroom, nice amenities. Appreciated the free in room coffee. Bar/common area has a fun, interesting layout - cool start-up look. Malakai was a great server. Food was excellent. Parking lot attendant super nice in helping me figure out how to exit. Elizabeth at front desk was very efficient checking me in and helping me with my having locked myself out.

The hotel is conveniently located near the SF airport. We had an early flight back home, that was the reason we stayed there. We spent the entire day in SF and checked in late in the evening. The room is comfortable, the hotel has a swimming pool and basic gym. It also offers a free shuttle service to the airport which is very practical. Other than that nothing special, fulfills its purpose Nothing. People who choose to stay there will do so to be near the airport. There is no other reason to stay there other than get some sleep before a long flight. Note that there is no restaurant in the hotel, only bar offering some standard snacks and sandwiches

The hotel recently opened--I believe it had been a different hotel, was bought and completely renovated. Rooms are very comfortable and well designed for travelers. Location is adjacent to the airport, occasionally could hear planes taking off and landing.

gebruikt als tussenstop tijdens doorreis. Nieuw hotel, mooie en ruime kamers, makkelijk te bereiken vanuit de luchthaven via shuttle service. Lobby zeer onoverzichtelijk en rumoerig, leek meer op een discotheek 's avonds. Geen restaurant. Ontbijt was bij boeking inbegrepen, maar dit bleek alleen koffie + muffin te zijn, al de rest was bij te betalen, zelfs gewone toast, zeer ontgoochelend. Rond 6u 's morgens viel de volledige electriciteit in onze kamer uit, dit kon niet hersteld worden, van kamer moeten wisselen. Al bij al vrij stresserende en negatieve ervaring.
