This was the perfect place for resting and showering. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and had good Wi-fi connection. The accommodations were what we were looking for as the hotel itself was not intended to be the main event of our trip.
The room was spacious
They couldn't provide an extra roll away bed
Too many pot smokers...and the smell was strong...
The hotel was simple but clean. The room was very nice, clean, good size with microwave and small fridge. The air conditioning worked great. Would recommend lengthening breakfast to 10 am though. The breakfast itself was good. Definitely recommend to others.
Breakfast only lasted until 9am instead of the usual 10am.
Leak from room above ours bathroom flooded all night.staff no help read all the reviews tne place is a pit
The location was good for us as it was less than a mile to the square dance.
The refrigerator wasn't cold enough.
Staff was friendly. Location was good.
First room we checked into looked ok but the bathroom floor was covered in water. Second room was hideous in colors, cheap bed, tv almost burned out while watching it. No remote, not enough towels, no toilet paper on roll, no lightbulb in lamp and drawer on night stand fell out when you tried to open it. Noisy AC unit. Breakfast ended at 9 which no one told us this. Sign had 10 crossed out and 9 written in.
The proximity to where I was worked ok.
The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. There were ants in the bathroom sink and on the towels. The soap provided was so small you could barely use it and the Shampoo was a joke, too hard to open and use.
extra coffee in the room. big tub quiet near 7-11 for slurpees
big tub had jets that didn't work be exact on your arrival time as well as your checkout. assume they won't clean the room (regardless of checkout time) until 45 minutes before you are scheduled to check in. and assume you won't get room keys until the check in process.
I like the room was cleaned. The staff left us alone. Over all I wanted a place to rest. That's all I needed everything else was a gift.
The wifi keeps dropping whenever it was in use. The Television wasn't all that clear.
Room was very clean, comfortable. Good breakfast. Easy check in/out.
Bed was to firm for me. Coffee was poor.
Size of room, A/C, clean,
Breakfast ends to early , beds are a little hard
decent for cost
rat in the hall way not anything like pictured room was very small breakfast was terrible
Everything! Don't stay here!!
Bed was comfortable, room was cool
Towels were worn and not very soft
Checking in was easy. The room was clean and had everything we needed.(the air conditioner was a very welcome feature) The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again when we are in town.
Spacious king room with large bathroom, comfortable mattress on bed with nice comforter, clean room, good temperature control in the room, good breakfast, quiet room, convenient location, handy elevator, helpful desk clerk tried to fix spa but it was more than a breaker switch that had to be fixed by maintenance the next day after we were long gone.
Spa Jet Tub didn’t work…Very disappointed after a very long day of driving. The front desk gentleman couldn’t get the jets to work and should have been preauthorized to offer a rate reduction to the same size room rate without a spa tub. As no offer was given I requested a credit as we paid an additional $34 plus tax for the spa room, he said any deduction could only come from the manager later in the week. After multiple calls on Monday, I finally got a $20 credit offer thru the receptionist…I couldn’t speak directly to the manager. Staff did the best they could under management conditions.
I booked a two night stay through Booking.com at this hotel. Our plans were cut short and I went to check out after first night and they told me I owed them the $30 fee for early check out, since they would have to pay you commission for reserving through "booking.com" site. This fee was nowhere in the wording, which I did read. The price I got through "booking.com" was also the same as if I had gone to site direct, which I discovered afterward. Overall in my effort to reasearch and save on a room I got hosed on the deal. Not happy to have been charged fee!
Bananas, eggs, waffles for breakfast. Big room-- probably assigned us by mistake though. Maids nice and helpful. Front desk woman was flustered but helpful. Good air conditioner and great beds. Perfect location for our visiting family and friends.
First thing noticed was an old washcloth from previous guests (was probably at a height where the maid couldn't see. She was short.) Hair dryer didn't work well; TV was fuzzy. Phones wouldn't take messages.
Air conditioning didn't work and when you plug something in, the plug falls out. They had a jaccuzi tub, but was out of order. When moved to a different room, the same plug issues were there. I would never stay again.
Bed was comfortable.
Did not feel we could take our shoes off. Floor rug seemed old and dingy.
I asked to check in early upon booking with them. They called and said since it was such a popular room type it would cost me $20. Didn't ask time I wanted to check in or even offer free if available (policy). I declined. Arrived at scheduled time to check in and no cars in parking lot. HMMM. Customer service? Then: Note in room states the spa jets disconnected and if I want to use more $ (think had to change room as well). Towels were stained and contained hair balls (gross) and towel rack was broken. Plug by the microwave/ bed only worked with the light on (hard to charge phone at night). Also, continental breakfast was stated open til 10am. Well, that day they decided to change time to 9, but as a courtesy stayed open til 9:30am. Note on door said 9 and one inside said 10. Customer service??? Totally lacking.
This was the worst place I've ever stayed in!! It was dirty, the first room they gave us was all outdated the carpet was stained, it was nothing like the pictures you had online. We tried to cancel but they said we would be charged anyway. They gave us a "upgrade" that looked a lot more like the pictures online, but it was still dirty and the TV didn't work. When my husband went to look to see if maybe it was unplugged he found a Gay porno!! I went downstairs to complain and they moved us again. The outlets in the bathroom didn't work, and the TV had a horrible picture we couldn't even tell what we were watching. I the icing on the cake was when my husband went down for the breakfast (There was no way I was eating in that place) and one of the workers left with the egg and ham pan, and never came back after waiting 45 mins. While he waited he had some spoiled milk and soured orange juice. This place was a total nightmare!!! It felt like a horrible prank.
