The location was fine - i did not like the fact we had to strip the beds before we left, take out the garbage, and there was no coffee in the room. The pool was filthy - glad we only stayed for 2 nights.

Steps to gorgeous beach, beautiful sunsets, easy access to room, walking distance to restaurants (loved Captain Curt's) & market. Traffic around bridge is a backed up, so good to stay put when u arrive.

This is a well positioned property for the beach and restaurants. If you have transport there are plenty of other amenities within a 10 minute drive. As you leave the property on the main road you can pick up a free trolley which will take you to the village. This was our second stay in number 3, which is in a corner with a nice area to sit. The pool is heated and gardens were well maintained.

I believe this would be a terrific place to vacation, if you're not interested in going to the beach. The facilities were all right not perfect, but all right the host was very generous with her time getting things to work like the TV stations and the cupboard door in the bathroom she failed to let us know that two of the chairs were already broke before we even got there And last, but not least the blinds to the screened in porch were atrocious. They were very very difficult to work and we had to keep pushing the panels back up into the clips. We also had to have her come out and give us the rest of the curtains for the front window , the host was a very nice lady and worked with us as much as she could. I love where the villa is located. However, it's way too far from the beaches. If I were to return to Siesta keys, I would book somewhere closer to the water.

Quant town with lots of beaches.

Quant town with lots of beaches. We stayed at the south end and drove to the village. Parking is not cheap but plenty of spaces. Check out options for public transportation i.e. the trolley and Frog hop. The restaurants were solid, Bonjour Cafe was very good for breakfast, don’t be in a hurry and the staff is very friendly.

literally a 2 minute walk to the most beautiful part of Siesta Key beach! Hotel has wagons and chairs for the beach. Also bikes to use for free. A five minute walk to Siesta Village with restaurants and shops. The cottages are in a very quiet neighborhood. The cottage property is lush with tropical vegetation and so many little places to relax. It’s full of driftwood art works and other quirky and beautiful things.

Roberto was incredibly friendly and helpful at check-in. He also gave us multiple beach chairs and umbrellas, which we had none of, to use during our stay. The apartment was very spacious, clean and convenient. We were also a block away from the beach right on Siesta Key and did not have to drive for more than 15-20 minutes to reach any place we went to in Sarasota. Highly recommend!!

This was an awesome place to stay. It was so close to the beach and Siesta Key Village. It was clean, the air conditioner worked perfectly, and it was stocked with everything we needed-beach chairs, small cooler and towels. Thanks to Robert and his gang for providing a great experience. Oh, and we had a pool right outside out room to use too!

Spacious flat with a well-equipped kitchen, very close to the beautiful Crescent Beach. Free trolley service to Siesta Key village and back. The clean pool is just around the corner, and there is a shuffle board field next to it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this place!

The location is excellent. We enjoyed the backyard garden and private pool. Access to the town and to the beach is excellent - everything is within walking distance. We appreciated having access to bikes. The house is clean and well supplied (e.g. dishes, towels, beach cart, furniture).

We enjoyed the nice large pool and the fully equipped kitchen. Having three bedrooms was also nice. Not many rentals are pet friendly so we greatly appreciated this property allowing our fur children. The staff is accommodating and friendly.

A bit of paradise - the property is at end of Siesta Key, right on canal, and not built up - rather there are 9 very private suites, with an open patio and small pool area. Pelicans and wildlife were everywhere- simply beautiful!
