Size of the room, the diner across the road (OBW) did nice breakfasts. One member of staff was unhelpful regarding receiving our lost luggage from a courier, so we had to make sure we hung around the hotel until it was delivered. The same member of staff was grumpy on another occasion.The bathroom window in our second room had a rusty blind with tangled cord and did not adequately cover the bathroom window, which was at street level to the outside |

- logement spacieux et coquet , bien équipé ( frigo + m.o. ; table , coin salon ) -situation plaisante près du quartier de la Marina ; centre-ville pas trop loin , en bus et même à pied pour des bons marcheurs - Lombard Street bruyante , est une véritable autoroute urbaine - pas d' isolation phonique avec le plancher de la chambre du dessus ; heureusement sur les 3 nuits passées , voisins présents seulement un matin |

La ubicación del hotel es buena, la atención del personal fue excelente, estacionamiento gratuito y que cuenta con baño individual. La limpieza en la ropa de cama. |

駐車場は無料でしたが、first come first serviceということで、いったん車を出したら戻せないということでした。周辺の駐車場の情報も事前にわかると助かります。 |

Het hotel was gunstig gelegen en rustig. De ontvangst door de hoteleigenaar was zeer onvriendelijk, de kamer was armoedig en de vloerbedekking was vies. Er was een zwembad maar het hek was de hele dag gesloten. |
