A terrible, terrible smell inside the bedroom! I could barely sleep! The room was dirty, the chairs were disgusting, plenty of stains!! Everything was old and disgusting! REALLY TERRIBLE
There is no elevators and we were on the fourth floor with lots of suitcases
Kinda funky, but totally serviceable.
On cleaning lady was very nice. she tried to be helpful.
The place was very dirty, starting at the stairs, all of the room furniture, such as couch and sofa chair, all chairs were stained and dirty. would not recommend to anyone. The beds, were old and gave us back pain. the curtains were ripped and falling off of rods. Only positive is spacious and clean bathroom. all else was gross.
Very well located in the city.
EASTY, 1 BLOK TO BUS TO CITY, WALMOKS OPOSITE, MINS TO BARS, FOOD
Bed was not comfortable
service sucked, room was dirty and was not ready for us when we checked in, there was no A/C or heater. very old building.
hard bed, wet carpet, too hot or too cold, didn't have a record of the reservation so excessively long wait for check-in, getting woke up at eleven oclock by very loud knock and very rude staff to move car unnecessarily, misadvertising an open pool. Didn't speak English very well and hard to understand. Next time we will add a little more money and stay in a nicer, more courteous and comfortable hotel.
We were given a new room
Our reservation specifically said "two queen beds". Got up to a smoke smelling room with one bed. We had three adults and one toddler. Smelly smelly building, sketchy neighborhood, way too expensive
Great location. Large rooms. accomidating and friendly staff.
That the photos of the Inn are misleading - it is not as big as it looks.
Super friendly staff and good location in Marina District.
Horrible beds and paper thin walls
near to facilities
not very comfortable. Not very good value
Location is excellent: walking distance to many attractions, and restaurants. Staff was extremely helpful.
WiFi was slower than dial up
Cheap Good location close to marina
Standard of room was poor (cracked bathroom tiles, chipped paint work, mould in the corners of the bathroom, wires hanging from ceiling where the smoke alarm should be, pool out of service). Due to timber flooring on 1st floor if you are in a ground floor room you can hear everything in the room above.
Location is key. Within walking distance to the Marina with its restaurants and views.
First time staying in a room overlooking Lombard Street. Was very noisy and sleep was difficult.
Loccation was good . It was close to golden gate bridge.
The rooms were smelly. Tv didn't work very well. There was no too much space for parking. I think price is too high for that place.
The bed. Was comfortable but possibly because it was a single and doesn't get a lot of use. The bathroom was clean .
The capets were stained and looked very dirty. The towels could have been better quality.
I came back to my room at 4pm to take a nap before meeting friends for dinner and the room wasn't made up yet no clean towel. When I asked them to make up the room. They asked if they could do it tomorrow. That was unacceptable!!!
They had bed bugs.
Perfect location - we were here for the fleet week festivities on Friday and Saturday.
Having to climb 15 steps - no ground floor rooms or elevator - Hotel rooms were on the 2nd and 3rd floors
This location is close to lot's of restaurants, shopping and is in a safe area. There are a lot of options to catch the Muni.
They don't have an ice machine; being right on Lombard it's a bit noisy.
Price was good, and room was very large. Location was ok.
Room has not been updated in many years. Wi-fi is extremely poor. Hotel is located on a very busy street and is noisy at night. Windows were cracked and taped over.
We wanted a room with a queen size bed and ended up with a mini suite! The room was nice and we were pleasantly surprised with the spacious room.
We requested a handicap room and ended up on the second floor (there are 1st floor rooms). We also advised them of our service dog and were told that they had no license for accepting dogs! Not good!
