The location is good if you have need to be in or near Alpine, WY. The setting on the banks of the Snake River is lovely.
The first time we stayed, we had a lovely little cottage. This time we were given a very old fashioned room with those sleazy polyester bedspreads, a jetted tub with a sign that said the jets don't work, and the thinnest towels ever . Not nearly as nice, REALLY needs an upgrade. We ate dinner in the steak house and I had a risotto special--too bad they don't know that risotto needs to be made with Arborio rice and not Uncle Ben's. It was mushy and swimming in liquid. Ate a few bites and couldn't handle any more. Probably won't eat there again.
Good quality for a stop-over night. Convenient - restaurant, shop, all there and good. Good Value for money.
Fine location as stop over between yellowstone and Salt Lake City
Staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean, second stay here and would stay again. It is nice to be a little outside the hubbub of Jackson Hole.
The kids loved the pool
A/C & heat not working. Room next to road. Traffic noise
Location is great, Alpine, Wyoming is our first and sometimes last stop to and from the National Parks. Did not use the the restaurant. Staff is great and was very good to us when we arrived.
Room we stayed in had a bathroom with inactive jet tub which was hard to just shower in without danger of falling. The room is longer than wide with the bed at one end and the small TV at the other making it to far away to see well.
very excellent cabins
Clean, tidy, and quiet; friendly staff. Convenient location on the way to/from Yellowstone. Dinner (good) and breakfast (average) service; shop with (for a hotel) wide range of products (and a rich selection of wines!).
The view is amazing, the staff is very helpfull, the restaurant had excellent food.
Big room, big bathroom
Location, not really close to anything. It's over an hour to Teton, good 45 min to Jackson Hole. Sheets and towels very poor quality ( clean however ). This might be everywhere in Wyoming though, same issue in Yellowstone NP.
Restaurant on site which is great if you arrive tired like we did and the food we had was good. The hotel seemed to have good facilities but we were not there long enough to try them. Staff all friendly.
Nothing really. They have a water feature which was outside our room. Would have welcomed it being turned off overnight but small detail.
outside appearance of Lodge was nice. the staff was nice.
jets in tub have not worked in quite awhile.I booked that room for that extra. Your decor needs attention. ( paint, nail holes filled, pictures, etc ) Simply not the quality that is expressed on your website. I have had better at Motel 6 and at have thre price,
Friendly, helpful staff. Great location, nice grounds.
Food in restaurant was so-so.
Only 30 minutes from Jackson and rates were much lower
Wi Fi was slow but not a big deal as this was vacation not business
location, spacious, restaurant, free wifi etc
TV is not flat, old and need some working table.
Very convenient, clean and reasonable. Beautiful view of the river. We ate at the restaurant on site and it was very good. It was a perfect stop on our week long motorcycle journey. Beautiful ride from Alpine to Jackson Hole along the Snake River.
Log cabin was a nice change.
The rooms were nice and clean. The location was great. Glad they had a guest laundry!!!!
Staff seemed to want to give our room away when we didn't check in around 6:00 pm (check in is at 4:00 pm). They even called to make sure we were coming. They didn't replenish any soap so we had to go buy some.
The grounds were beautiful. The lobby was pretty. The breakfast buffet was great. There wasn't anywhere else in town to eat breakfast so was glad it was available at the hotel.
Our room was old and tired. Wish we could have had a newer room. You need to renovate the rest of the rooms.
Not close enough to attractions we were going to.
Location next to the Snake River was beautiful. Enjoyed the dinner out in the garden/patio area.
The setting and scenery were spectacular. We enjoyed being right on the Snake River with the mountains surrounding us. One night after the rain we saw the most spectacularly vivid rainbow we've ever seen! We'll never forget it! After returning from Yellowstone late one evening, the staff graciously fed us after restaurant hours. Delicious! We definitely hope to return. We love viewing the wildlife and eagles, and the pool was a delight! We appreciate the calm, quiet nights and good nights' rests!
WiFi was somewhat slow, but seemed a small price to pay for being surrounded by mountains!
We enjoyed our dining experience at the steak house. Friendly staff. Strong Internet. Drive thru liquor store a great idea.
work out room and pool were great!
wish it was an outdoor pool since the views were fantastic!!!
