Staff very friendly. Convenient to town

Room was to close to room right across. Stairs to close to room. VERY NOISY!

WiFi worked well. Cable TV selection. Better than expected.

bed was ok but a little soft

Very friendly staff, clean room with no bad smells, plenty of hot water, towels. Even a good "continental" breakfast included. Would definitely stay there again

The front desk guy was very friendly and the rooms were reasonably clean.

The wi fi was not working and that can happen. The room did not have any sort of desk upon which one could use the computer -- if the wi fi was up. The continental breakfast was in the office and had to be brought back to the room. So, no desk, no wifi and no breakfast room. We won't stay there again.

Pet friendly. They didn't even bat an eyelash at my 100# Saint Bernard! Staff is super nice and attentive. Location is great! Right on the main street near food, gas, etc. and 10 minutes drive to Mt. Shasta Ski Park. Flat screen TV had inputs so we could watch movies from our laptop (as reception is otherwise hazy). Room was clean (but in need of an update).

While I like certain things about this place, I have to admit this place is rough around the edges and a tad overpriced (probably due to the convenient location). Rooms could use some updating, beds are so so on comfort (something I didn't care much about after a full day on the slopes).

Easy access to freeway. Good price. Quiet room. Happy enough to book again in the immediate future. Beds comfortable. Recommend.

It was a relaxing experience, with many restaurants within walking distance. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Swimming pool was not open.

The price, the friendly employees, the cleanliness of the room. They did not have WiFi working they said due to AT&T's problems. That was a bummer, it was hard to find WiFi in the town of mt Shasta, tho I did find one very friendly place at the other end of town.

The floor was tilted up toward the opposite end of the entrance, not a problem, just weird. It is a cheaper motel, meaning the room was spacious enuf for a couple people. I've been in larger motel rooms and kind of expected that.

The couple who run the lodge, which is quite run down, are nice and efficient. There are signs of fresh paint and a newly planted garden. They are making progress.

Thin worn out bedding

We found this hotel to be as advertised and had no difficulties.

We would have liked a small electric jug to boil water.

シャスタ山のふもとのダウンタウンにあり、ロケーションが最高です。 部屋もシンプルで木彫のベッドや家具で、かなり落ち着きました。 価格もお手ごろで静かで清潔、かなりお勧めです。

Staff is nice, room clean

Easy to Find. Convenient. Ok cleanliness. Shower and faucets/plumbing funky.

Beds very hard. Heater and AC fairly old and primitive. Frig noisy. No lobby coffee. Continental breakfast nominal.

On busy street.

Pool had no water in it.

夜遅く着いたのに快くむかえてくれた。 部屋が意外と広かった。 マウントシャスタ周辺を観光する目的としてはいい場所に位置していた。

朝ごはんが残念だった。

Lady at front desk was very polite.

Water pressure was a little low.

It was very quiet during the night. No traffic noise. Room was clean and comfortable. Coffee was in the room and the breakfast was very nice with fresh apples, bananas, and pastries.

Side of mattress had spill stain that looked bad. The rest of the room looked clean.
