good hotel, friendly staff. Top location
Pounding noise at 3:00a,m, machinery of some type. Several in our party had turn down service and cookies-we did not.
Rooms were very clean. Check-in expedient.
The breakfast was very average.
The bed was comfortable
Plumbing was bad. Bed was not clean when arrived. Valet driver either smelled horrible or passed gas in the car before giving it to us.
The continental breakfast.
Location is beyond perfect. Great value.
the idea of putting a breakfast buffet on every floor might sound nice, but the consequence of this is that the breakfast buffet was very poor, in fact so poor that I decided to go out and have breakfast in another place. Breakfast buffet is totally insufficient
very nice and spacious room, friendly staff, the hotel has a perfect location (5-10 minutes walk to the Millenium park, close to the main theaters, close to the waterfront, with a lot of restaurants in the area and close to subway stations)
i enjoyed the design, decoration and layout of the room
I get nervous driving up to the hotel do to the Chicago traffic. I don't think you can fix this issue? Lol.
Your staff was very pleasant to deal with and I liked how breakfast was set up close to our room. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Also, I was pleasantly surprised that you are a pet friendly hotel : ) I might bringing my 4 lbs Maltese (Romeo) on my next visit to Chicago.
the breakfast was really bad
the bed is amazing
The only thing I wish there could have been is hot food choices for breakfast, such as eggs and bacon or sausage. I did like how they set up the breakfast on each floor. That was very nice, however, having a place to eat outside of our room would be nice. But knowing there isn't anywhere to do that I think you do an excellent job with everything. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you.
The room and bathroom were spacious and very nice, very clean and updated. We stayed in the deluxe king room. Staff were all very nice and helpful!
The staff handling breakfast are rude and inefficient. Things were always running out e.g. coffee, croissants, forks, napkins and they advised us to go to another floor for breakfast (each floor has its own) or to go back to our room and brew our own coffee!
Location, size of room
Staff Friendly, room great, loved location !
Location, size of room, cocktail lounge from 5 pm to 8 pm, size of bathroom
The people, location, VALUE, user friendly, comfort. The rooms are small, but offer everything you should want, with a bonus of "cozy". Don't want to stay anywhere else.
Limited vacations of breakfast.
Comfort and convenience
happy hour and free breakfast
The hotel is really in the heart of the city
my room was looking a wall outside the window, no view, and the prices for the food and water were to expensive.
Wifi's fast, great location, friendly staff
Great location, staff were awesome. Clean, comfortable. Great value Our blinds stopped working, and they changed our room right away.
air ventilation in true room was not so great, prefer European style bedding , also bed covers were too warm even though room was air-conditioned
great experience, friendly, efficient and helpful staff, Early chef-in was possible, liked the breakfast and the afternoon snacks, contemporary style and nice design, room had decent size, excellent location, competitive price. Overall wonderful experience, would come again
Reception staff was not very welcoming (and there really isn't a lobby) but the doormen were great. The hotel has been renovated but not completely somehow - may room door was not painted. A bit of a mixed bag and a bit expensive for what it is, namely more of a three star hotel
Location in a hip area with nice restaurants and bars and not far from the major attractions of downtown. Self-serve breakfast by the elevators was a bit unusual but decent and convenient
Valet was $$$
Location and decor
Rear and side views from the 4th floor not great. No late night lounge option to have a byob drink with friends and family.
Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Fantastic location.
