Value, comfort, service, location. We should have more of such hotels
Great location, nice hotel room. Free drinks offered every evenings.
Room was not made until late in the afternoon.
Brilliant with a breakfast buffet on each floor where you fill your tray and head back for breakfast in bed
Location, room size, cleanliness.
The hotel was great!! Everyone was so friendly and nice.no complaints.will be staying there again
The bed was one of the most comfortable that I have ever experienced at a hotel. The free breakfast set up on each floor was the perfect added touch as well.
Location, interior decoration, cleanliness
Said we get complimentary drinks and appetizers if we visit the lounge but we're actually charged. Said free breakfast and it was just pastries and yogurt - I get more free breakfast at the holiday inn for a lower rate. Requested for higher room but the hotel only had 6 floors - I got a level 3 room. Parking was cheaper if I did it myself across the street versus valley which was unclear as well.
I did like my 2nd room
Police should have been called. Disapointed with the marijuana smell running us out of our room on valentine's day and not being able to get a room until almost 12 midnight.
Excellent location. In the center of everything we wanted to do. Nice modern hotel.
We wish it validated parking, we had to paid $102 for two days of parking in a nearby garage.
Only stayed one night so didn't do much. Everyone was friendly and we enjoyed the mini lounge upstairs with free appetizers. Also liked the convenience of the breakfast being located on our floor.
Everything was beautiful and clean. Big windows, breakfast on every floor, and complementary drinks at the lounge with cookies. Very friendly staff and doorman, and the location is great.
I like the hotel very much..great amenities, staff and location. We have stayed there many times..A little disappointed in the stocking of the breakfast area,it was not kept stocked throughout the breakfast hours..
The sheets where uncomfortable, but do note that I am a sheet snob..
nice location and simple business hotel type
no breakfast facilities and some incompetent staff
The staff was great & you can walk to almost everything from here. We had awesome sushi for dinner, caught a great concert at The House of Blues, and then had drinks at Harry Caray's. I swear we were never more than 2 blocks from home the whole night.
I lived everything from the time I walked in until the time I walked out. Complimentary drinks were a wonderful gesture and the staff is superb.
I didn't like the high valet cost each day. The breakfast could have been better but it was still nice. Everything else was great
Really good rooms. Good bathrooms.
Room was spacious and good views. Breakfast at end of corridor means breakfast in bed every day! Friendly staff who go the extra mile.
Everything! Lovely, spacious, comfortable room. Fantastic location, minutes walk to Magnificent Mile. Very friendly staff.
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was in need of help with some emergency ID and they really helped me out getting and sending faxes in a timely manner which they really didn't need to do.
Location & ambience rooms cleanliness wifi staff attitude
Slight noise from construction in building next door Ideal if it had its own bar
Good location Breakfast on every floor
fantastic staff, perfect solved breakfast, very cozy and clean room, gym, free drinks, ideal location... absolutely recommended!
Breakfast on the floor, very fast response to requests, complimentary drinks, great advice on things to do.
Very little storage space
First room assigned (room 306)was a depressing view of dirty ally, fire escape and green doors - we were able to be reassigned to room 528 much better view. Housekeeping was amazing room was clean and tasteful. Manager's reception was nice. good closet space, nice water pressure in the shower.
1. Free breakfast was skimpy - no toaster for bagels, fruit was minimal, ran out of regular coffee and plates both days. 2. Check in desks made me feel like I was applying for state benefits rather than at a hotel-no real lounge area. 3. hole in bathroom ceiling - looked like an electrical outlet or something was missing, worried that it was unsafe, looks like a hasty renovation, with little attention to detail - toilet paper was almost impossible to reach unless you have very long arms as it is behind the toilet, no grab bar to safely exit the tub (very slick). I was dubious about how sanitary the chipped wooden "breakfast tray" was - would have preferred something that was dishwasher safe. Bed was very soft and worn - had a tendency to roll toward the middle. Had to hunt down a bell hop when checking in, but much better when checking out.
