An indoor pool in a sun room and free Wi-Fi access highlight Hotel Rush. In the River North neighborhood of Chicago, the hotel is 1 mile from historic Navy Pier.
Score from 30 reviews Excellent
This hotel is very well done. From the minute you are greeted by the staff until you lay your head on your pillow, I felt cared for. The staff was so helpful getting me pointed in the right direction, the happy hour with a full bar and food was great, the free wifi kept me productive, and the rooms are very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I had to do a double take on the price. I would expect it to be way more for the items mentioned above. I'll be back. Great hotel!
That I didn't stay longer in Chicago!
We had car problems and the staff went above and beyond to help us. Great location. Would definitely stay again.
The location is very close to clubs House of Blues, Andy's Jazz club, Howl at the moon. The price for this location was very attractive, cheaper than other hotels located in the middle of nowhere. I truly recommend!
I guess the breakfast is only till 09:30, it could have been at least till 10:00
I think booking .com shafted us for the Saturday night. $229 the first night $329 the second and $239 on the 16th. I would not recommend Booking .com to anyone. I will call the hotel direct. There is no reason to jack the price up $100 for the second night. Great hotel but not good with booking .com Since you determine your sell price you are able to do what you want. You should list individ ual night charges not sure you did that. Disappointed
the price and the location are very good i liked the decoration of the room.
the room wasn't cleaned ! i found leftover food in the refrigerator and the toilet seat wasn't clean. later after 2 hours. the housekeeping came to clean the room which was too late.
really there was nothing I didn't like except the bathtub could use a reno. Happy hour is lovely and wonderful Margaritas. met grey people . Breakfast was so great . You could leave your Robe on and just get your goodies and go back to your room
Not much...Keurig coffee was not good and bathtub was old and rusty. The view of our window went right into another building . Needless to say , it was necessary to keep the shades drawn at all times.
Very clean and also friendly staff. Great location and worth the price
Outside of our room 203 window was a parking lot and during early morning it was extremely loud. But I understand it's a big city down town
This was a GREAT boutique- type hotel, which gave complimentary appetizers, desserts, and wine, beer& mixed drinks. Atmosphere is lovely. Staff went out of their way to be sure we were happy! They even gave out bottled water with more if wanted. I will defiantly stay here again while in Chcago. Location was excellent for shopping, sight- seeing, restaurants! A WIN!
Great location Friendly staff Free Tokens for cocktails on bar Big rooms Big bed
Nothing, all was great
Location Staff friendliness Cleanliness 2 heads shower
bed could be better
We were there for business trip. Great location. Large comfortable rooms. Morning continental breakfast on every floor. Great value. I would stay there again.
Nice rooms and cocktail hour
Valet parking fee a little high at $56. View was poor, of alley
Good value to comparable hotels in the area. We liked the inclusion of the continental breakfast that allowed us to start our sightseeing early and keep us energized till lunch time.
A faint smell of smoke in the hallway.
Breakfast each morning. Happy Hour (one free drink) each evening 5-8pm. Big bathroom, nice amenities. Friendly staff!
Whatever we needen were available.
The Kenzie feels modern through and through, with a nice lobby, plenty of power plugs in room, etc. I’d definitely stay there again.
I had an issue that worried me that my iPhone got fried! The rooms have built-in USB sockets, which is a nice touch. So I plugged my iPhone 6 into it overnight. When I woke up, Touch ID stopped working. Concerned, I unplugged it and touched the Lightning connector. It was hot. Not warm, but finger-burning hot! But iPhone worked afterwards after it cooled down. Nevertheless, I’d stay at the Kenzie again.
Chic, comfortable and affordable. Would stay here again.
good location, clean and cozy

- Great location - Staff were nice and helpful - Spacious room, nice shower/bathtub, bathrobes - Complimentary drinks and aperitifs every afternoon!
- Breakfast was good, but could have been better for a 4* hotel - Certainly a detail... but the bed was a little soft for our taste
No bar. No restaurant.
Nice staff Very comfortable Breakfast was simple but had everything you need Bill payment was automatic, no checkout necessary!
Big bed with excellent quality linen, fantastic room cleaning and great shower.
- Convenient breakfast on each floor - cocktail reception everyday (and free drink for each person/day/room) - great location - helpful staff
Not much to choose from for breakfast (most are non-fresh food). Still helps to start your day, though!
continental breakfast laid out each morning by elevators - you could do down with your breakfast tray and eat breakfast at your leisure in your own room. Really extensive selection also. Complimentatry drinks reception with great canapes in a lovely room with the feel of a small intimate exclusive club
nothing - will definitely be back
