The room was great, staff was very friendly and helpful.
I usually don't sleep well in hotels, but I sleep so good here. The mattress was just right and the pillows were firm. The hotel was also very clean. The location was also close to bus stop and lots of attractions.
I didn't like that we only stayed one night.
Cree wifi . Nice staff. Free Breakfast and bar. Best option un town.
Clean facility. Well run, smooth operation. Bellmen and concierge services were very good. Clean efficient business center. Good continental breakfast.
The amenities, breakfast on each floor, the quality of bed sheets/fabrics, location, and staff.
The rooms locations were not too impressive (overlooking an old building).
Friendly staff and great service
Comfortable room Great location
No view Heard neighbors all night
Room decor and quality is excellent Good fitness room
Bar facilities are limited and only open a few hours a day
Well appointed room. Large windows let in lots of light. Complimentary happy hour drinks were a great feature. Complimentary continental breakfast provided centrally on each floor was convenient. Staff was always keen to help or give advice. While not quite "luxury" level, very good value for a high quality hotel. Good central location.
Would have appreciated one or two "hot meal" additions to the continental breakfast, such as scrambled eggs.
Great location near many restaurants and bars (gastro-pub on the corner was great). Breakfast on each floor in A.M was convenient. Nice touch with the "happy-hour" everyday where there are appetizers and reasonably priced cocktails (get a token for one free). Many gathered there and socialized as we did meeting a wonderful couple from England. Nice gym, very clean.
Lobby could have been a little "warmer".
Loved the convenience of good restaurants (esp Shaw's Crab House). ALL staff was great though a couple need to improve their knowledge of the area a little. Happy Hour very generous.
I didn't need a "handicap accessible" room but a handrail to get into/out of bathtub would be helpful. Too bad the State St bridge was under repair-just added a couple of block for these old folks to walk. The edge of the bed was slippery to get into.
Helpful and knowledgable staff. Good location for eating out.
The decor Breakfast on my floor The staff The location Clean
We had an amazing stay. Your linens were very comfortable!
Perfect location very easy to find both from Midway Apt (orange line-35 min) and O'Hare (blue line-45min). Very large room with a fantastic king size bed. At the second floor we did not hear any noise from the streets below. Complimentary aperitivo from 5 to 8 pm is a plus.
For a high level hotel the breakfast could be more assorted but was fine anyway.
The staff at this hotel are extremely friendly and welcoming. Right from the doormen/ bell hops to the reception/cashier. The location is great with so many restaurants around and many of the attractions within walking distance. The room was a very decent size too.
Location,staff, cleanliness, comfort and beauty.
All of the door staff were so very helpful!
Nothing, it was wonderful!
This was such a lovely choice for a 4 night stay in Chicago. The location was perfect for walking to many sites of interest. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast each morning! Such a perfectly relaxing way to enjoy a light meal to fuel our busy days of touring! Would recommend this delightful hotel to anyone!
My stay at the Kinzie Hotel was a delightful experience... I'm actually disappointed that I didn't take advantage of all the amenities offered. The room was perfectly appointed with everything you might need or want. I can't wait to come back:)
Very centrally located -- could walk to most of the places we wanted to go. A very nice room, and helpful staff.
The Kinzie is located in a perfect spot to get around the city. The decor is clean and modern and the complimentary breakfast on your hotel floor as well as the complimentary happy hour from 5-8PM is a very nice touch. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We changed rooms with no problem and they happily stored our bags the last day. And the price was reasonable compared to alot of the other similarly ranked hotels.
The only negative is that where the building is located doesn't have very good views. Its not the hotel's fault, but if you really want that "Chicago view", this is not the hotel for you. We originally had been put in a 4th floor corner room where we faced a brick wall literally a few feet away on one side and an old office building also a few feet away on the other. I could see the necklace the girl at her desk was wearing. We would have had to close our blinds immediately. So we moved to the 6th floor where at least we had some light between us and the next building. But again, don't have any view expectation and you'll be fine.
The staff was amazing. We did not have to wait for anything. Got in early for check in and our room was ready.
Great location and spacious room with facilities up to date. I arrived after an overnight flight and the staff could give me a room at 8am, what says a lot about their niceness. Good value for price. I definetely recommend it.
Maybe breakfast is the weakest point, as it consist in a cold-buffet point in every lobby with products that you take to your room. Anyway, quality is good, and it's simply a different way of having breakfast in a hotel, in the intimacy of your room.
Super helpful staff, nice rooms, great location.
Very pricey car parking charges.
