Restaurant food good, well prepared Some waitstaff poorly trained. Inadequate staffing generally. No maid service first night. No gift shop/snack bar. Ice machine did not always work

We loved the wonderful, comfortable bed with all of the wonderful pillows! Also - it is wonderful that the restaurant is open until midnight, although we did not take advantage of it. We weren't aware of this before checkin, and so went to a nice steakhouse nearby which was closing at 10 where we were required to sit in the bar because it was after 9:30 - although their prices were definitely not what I consider bar prices! The desk clerk at check in was very friendly and helpful; but the clerk at checkout was a little strange in that he took my keys and said thank you but did not ask how our stay was, invite us to come back or even wish us a nice day. We are accustomed to being treated much better!

Convenient, easy off interstate and easy on for travel. The desk staff was excellent. We were there for a conference and the meeting rooms were very nice and the luncheon was very tasty. Servers were very professional.

When I arrived they looked at me like I had a third eye. They were very professional. What happened was bookings.com had not fax them the reservation and I had no rooms. The manager called bookings.com and had them fax where I had made the reservation. They had no rooms, however they issued my two rooms from their corporate pool of rooms. They said this is a normal occurance with your company. It was a nice hotel I will still use bookings.com again. Clean, quiet, nice staff & location. They need to update their computers in the lobby for customers to make airline check-ins. No of them worked and one of the cleaning staff said they never do along with the printers attached to them didn't work either.

The shuttle to and from the airport was great. The room was very comfortable. It was great being able to print our Boarding Passes in the lobby. The food at the restaurant was very good. I would definitely stay there again next year when I come to Indy,. Also, I like the idea of not having to pay for parking when you are a guest of the hotel. We actually booked rooms with 2 double beds, however, the rooms we got had chairs and a sofa bed, which turned out to be more convenient since we had relatives that came to our room for a visit and we didn't have to sit on the beds to visit

Was there for a 3 night stay. After the first day we had no hot water to shower. The staff had it fixed within a few hours (after lunch) and comped our room for 1 night. I will recommend this hotel to friends.

it was just a one night getaway. Visited with friends playing in the dart tournament. I think they did an awesome job accomadating as many people that were there.

The only nice thing really was the acessibilty to the airport and near by shopping. well there seemed to be a dart event so when i went to shower there were problems with taking a warm shower and the water was rusty colored.

Confort et espace de la chambre. L'hotel dispose d'un bon restaurant et d'un bar .Le personnel est disponible. Le petit déjeuner est excellent (à l'américaine) avec choix d'une bonne omelette cuisinée en live accompagnée de sausages ou bacon, ou fruits frais, yaourts, etc. A recommander.
