It was one of the best hotels I have stayed at in a long time. Not only was it a beautiful place but the location was awesome. I also have to say that the hotel staff was incredible very helpful and pleasant from the valet guy to a wonderful girl at the reception desk named Megan. She helped us map out the train to get to a Cub's game and she made us feel so welcome.

Hotel was lovely. Everything was very top notch. Great vibe, library lounge had good cocktails, staff were helpful and professional. Hotel did not have a spa, but made some great recommendations.

I love the aesthetic, the location, the food, the friendly & efficient staff, and the lobby spaces. I do not like the bathroom shower water pressure -it's awful, and the shampoo & conditioner are also terrible. If these could be fixed, the hotel would be perfect.

The location is excellent! The bathroom sink seemed to have only cold water. The shower Saturday morning didn't seem to have enough hot water.

Nice& cosy ambiance in the lobby. Tasteful contemporary decoration. Young and friendly motivated staff. Perfect location. The only minor thing was that I had to wait too long to catch a taxi when leaving to the airport. (rainy weather in the morning) better to book one in advance
