The bed was ok
Rest room tub and shower wasn't clean to perfection
The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The value and comfort of the room was very pleasing. TV was not so good but I wasn't there to watch or evaluate TV. The restaurant associated was very good and a fun place to eat.
One entrance/exit but not a "deal breaker"...nice if the drive were wider to accommodate in/out traffic.
Excellent restaurant Room was very spacious and comfortable Staff were very friendly and helpful
Refridgerator, beds, AC, TV room very spacious
There wasn't any hot water for the showers
Location. Room bed cleanses
It was at nice location near the train and it had 24 hour front desk. The staff was nice.

I didn't expect that there is no shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer in the bathroom.
It was just to sleep so the price it was fair
The neighbourhood is not so safe.
Location close to IIT, Chicago. Staff good and cooperative
Cleaning staff..courteous, pleasant. .
Room was really out dated. Drywall compound evident on ceiling and walls. Bed was really worn..need replacing NOW..pillows stained, lumpy. .room furniture, stained, carpet dirty..could not walk barefooted in room
carpets were filthy. beds uncomfortable, no coffee pot in room, there was no kitchen facilities in room. location was good for wear we were going. will never stay there again!!!!
The area is HORRIBLE, which is very unfortunate because it is a reasonable price for the room you get
As I pulled up I could tell that I was in the right place because the building looked like the photos on this website, but once I pulled up, I noticed a lot of things that made me and my girlfriend feel uncomfortable. 1 was the amount of garbage around the building, 2 was how beat up the facility was, it was poorly maintained. We then proceeded to the office, where I was going to check in, and the girl behind the counter asked for my name, and when she looked me up she couldn't find any information on my stay, after waiting for a bit she finally found it on a peice of paper and she told us nobody entered it in. I was a taken off by that because I'm a guest and everything should have ran smoothly. Then she Asked if we wanted smoking or non smoking and I said "non smoking please, and if I want a smoke I'll just come outside" she then told me and my girlfriend that "hey if you want to smoke weed just put a towel across the bottom of the door so no smoke comes out" and spray some perfume before you leave to cover up the sent. I thought to myself "really r u kidding me, what kind of a place did I book?" we then got our card to our room and headed there, when we got to our room it wasn't as bad and the outside portrayed it as. Really the only thing I didn't like was when I was filling out the online stuff to book the site In the comment box where it said if there is anything we can do to help make your stay better please let us know we will try to meet your requests... I had requested extra pillows in the room because I like sleeping with more than 1 pillow. However that in my eyes a simple request wasn't met. Then upon checking out when we pulled out parking lot I noticed a car watching me, as I went to the stoplight the car followed me. Then come to find out it was a unmarked cop car, as I was getting pulled over, I looked at my girlfriend and said "what did I do"?
Jusr reasonable. Public transportation is close to hotel
No hair-dryer, No light in the room

After 6 weeks of small motel rooms we were thrilled to have a suite! This was perfect for a 5 night stay; Metro station a few minutes walk away & only 15 mins trip to downtown, brilliant restaurant, Pearls, attached to accom; friendly staff; this accom made our visit to Chicago a great one!
Needed an light in the corner near table & chairs
They were really nice and polite! The room was nice and clean.
Cheap but would've definitely spent the extra buck had I known it'd be like that
