Smelled like glade plug ins had been dumped everywhere. People above us had a domestic dispute. I got to hear yelling for 2 hours. Not a relaxing place to stay at all. Won't stay here ever again
Great staff Clean hotel Called front desk about non-sexual wrestling/slap match around 1-2am and it stopped within 5-10 min so I could fall back asleep
No meat at breakfast I asked to be in a quiet room but the room next to me sounded like a non-sexual wrestling/slap match was going on around 1-2am
Location, cost, cleanliness, decor
Really, really need more pillows and towels! And more soundproofing from "honeymooning" couple next door. Otherwise it was great.
Good prices for what you get
Breakfast need to have more stuff to it
It was hard to get to. Had nothing to do. Staff was friendly but did not show a concern of trying to so things timely. Breakfast was not there by 7 and every time I had to wait for coffee.
Clean bathroom. It had a microwave and refrigerator in the room.
It was under construction. The waffle batter was rancid. They only offered cereal for breakfast . No ice or soda machine.
The room was clean and quiet.
Not enough options for breakfast.
The staff was wonderful and accommodating! I really enjoyed the room we were provided, along with the variety of ondemand channels.
The place seemed dated in some ways and new in others. The continental breakfast was not fully stocked each morning.
We are young couple travel a lot and we are really not demanding. But this hotel was not really comfortable. We couldnt sleep because airconditioning doest work correctly and whole night was so loud. Than the wi-fi - doesnt work. Breakfast was absolutly horrible and disgusting. Cant recomend it.
The fridge in the room was cool and I liked their concept of the separation of shower/toilet and the mirror and sink.
My reservation through booking.com didn't exactly go as smoothly as planned. Had the reactivate my room key within of 24hrs of recieving it. I hated the fact that I couldn't lock our door. It would turn but not lock. No one at the desk seemed to really know how to do anything. Going to check out and still no one to be found. Was not worth how much I ended up paying. Doubt I would stay there again.
bad service, no possibility to open a wine bottle. Only coffee at breakfast.
When we got there the man automatically charged my Card , when it was supposed to be cash, which I selected on the internet. Which wasn't a big deal but he was supposed to ask before. The hotel site said smoking and when we got there he said no smoking. Also when we got into the room we had one half a roll of toilet paper. Was very clean and nice though.
our room was very nice lots of space
We came to breakfast at 9am on Sat and there was almost no food left..no one was there to refill anything. Breakfast was served till 10...people came in after us and left.
A cozy pleasant stay.
No security peepholes in room doors.
It is directly on the freeway and very noisy. The air conditioning is also very noisy. I slept badly!
bed was uncomfortable
The hotel was clean and very well put together as far as the furniture, appliances, and I just loved the colors.
I would say the elevator was kind of scary needs some work or rebuilt. Also it was very very hot in our room and it didn't cool down til like midnight or after. Definitely should be fixed especially with summer time coming.
Very convenient to downtown, breakfast is good, but, I miss having a pool for a good swim and a hot tub for stress relief.
No pool or hottub.
The location and price
The whole place smelt like pot. The "deluxe continental breakfast" included warm orange juice, milk, stale raisin bran, and a waffle maker with old tasting batter. Oh, and if you wanted water or a soda you had to buy it. My boyfriend and I had to share a towel because they didn't answer the phone when we called.
I came with my brother for sxsw and the hotel was just two miles from downtown which was great. The beds were very comfortable.
We left to go downtown in the morning for sxsw and stayed out until about 2:30 am. One night when we came back to our room the door was wide open. It was probably like that for the whole day. Nothing was stolen, but this is completely unacceptable. There was no manager to speak with about this and I never got an apology from one about this situation. We had to reactivate our keys every night when we came back which was a hassle. I will never come back to this hotel.
The shower was nice. The king size room smelled of smoke however, this was a non smoking hotel.
A sorry breakfast for $109 a night. No butter for pancakes, ran out of orange juice and no ice machine in hotel. I know that they recently opened but they should have been more prepared for a sold out weekend!
