The unit we stayed in (110) was disgustingly filthy. After a 12-hour drive, we had to spend 2 hours cleaning just to get to a point we felt comfortable enough to stay there.
If we had arrived during office hours, I would definitely have asked management to handle it, but was late at night and we knew it would be quicker to just take care of it ourselves.
The unit is seriously in need of updating, and the furniture is badly stained; however, those are things that could have been overlooked if the unit had just been clean.
I would love to stay at the property again, in a more updated unit that has been properly cleaned.
The grounds and common areas were attractive and well maintained. Every unit faces the beach, and has a private patio. If you're up early enough, you have a front-row seat for the sunrise.
The private fishing pier was amazing, and almost made up for other issues.
During a plumbing disaster on Saturday evening, the on-call staff responded quickly, and got a plumber and cleaner to our unit to resolve the problem.
